This guy... can’t understand human speech?

The bald guy sat in the driver’s seat, blinking repeatedly, but didn’t dare say a word.

He didn’t really care whether this guy was ntally ill or not—he just cared that this guy wouldn’t put another bullet in his head.

From the look of it earlier, this guy seed genuinely disappointed that he hadn’t killed him...

What if he suddenly got a wild idea and figured out a way to deal with him?

Though he’d never played the ga himself, he’d seen plenty of those videos floating around online. This “Sin”—his thods were downright b*stardly...

Lu Ce was sitting in the back seat now, shoulders trembling slightly, letting out a low chuckle from his throat, lost in his own world, laughing to himself.

Total lunatic.

The bald guy had no idea what was going on, and he didn’t dare ask, didn’t dare speak.

He sat there stiffly, eyes wide, so nervous he didn’t even dare lean back in the seat. His back was ramrod straight, which had the livestream audience laughing out loud.

【: Hahaha, poor Bald Qiang. Classic “grab a random guy and tornt him” move.】

【: Cody gold—watching a mafia boss get trained into an elentary schooler by Mr. “Sin”.】

【: The way he’s blinking and doesn’t dare speak... kinda cute, wanna simp.】

【: ...Unreal!】

While Lu Ce kept laughing nonstop, he finally slowed down a bit, tilted his head, and glanced over at the bald guy.

“Why aren’t you talking?”

Bald guy: ......

“Uh, I... maybe I’ve got a sore throat or sothing.”

Lu Ce waved a hand, not bothering to respond to that clumsy excuse, and lightly tapped his own head with one hand.

“Do others—I an people like you—do they also tell the other players this sa info?”

The bald guy stamred a bit and said:

“They should... should be, yeah. Anyway, that’s what the ga says. I definitely didn’t make anything up. I’m just repeating what I was told.”

“Hmm......”

Lu Ce thought for a mont. Honestly, it was pretty obvious—assuming the bald guy wasn’t lying, then all hundred players in this ga weren’t rookies. They should be able to assess the ga.

In that case, the line about “the fewer survivors, the greater the reward” had a pretty clear implication.

—It basically encouraged these prey-like players to attack each other.

Especially those confident in their own strength—they’d have no problem taking out a few other players if the opportunity ca up.

Because the hint was so blatant, most people with half a brain would see it. That’s why Lu Ce suspected this might be a trap.

A setup designed to make players slaughter each other?

Or maybe the so-called hunter didn’t even exist? That everyone was both hunter and prey?

But regardless of whether he was right or wrong, the Greed Mask was extrely satisfied, and a twisted smile slowly crept across his face.

He felt that even if it was a trap—so what? It was fun.

“Ah... I get it... very good....”

Lu Ce sat in the backseat, the mask glowing with an eerie and intimidating light, murmuring to himself.

Bald guy: What the h*ll do you get?!

But of course, he couldn’t actually say that.

“Thanks for the intel,” Lu Ce said, spinning his gun while casually glancing at the bald guy.

“Uh... sure... AHH!”

As he was finishing his sentence, he suddenly scread and jerked his head back in terror.

Because right after Lu Ce spoke, his head lunged forward like a teleport, nearly face-to-face!

“You’re sure you’re not lying?”

Lu Ce moved incredibly fast—so fast the bald guy could almost feel the cold mask touch him. The sudden shock nearly made him pass out.

“N-no... I’m not.”

His heartbeat was about to explode, but considering the man in front of him, he had no choice but to answer as calmly as he could.

Just answer whatever he asks. Who cares if it makes sense...

“Oi, alright.” Lu Ce nodded. “So, the chest marker you ntioned—what is it?”

“Uh, you can just look down,” the bald guy said, pointing at Lu Ce’s chest.

Lu Ce: ?

He lowered his head slightly and noticed that there was a pentagram-shaped brooch, about the size of a fist, pinned to his chest.

“That’s the badge assigned to each person—it’s part of the ga. Make sure you protect it. If it’s damaged, you’re out!”

“Maybe with your strength, killing you outright would be tough, but that thing’s fragile. Also, it can’t be stored in your backpack.”

Seeing that “Sin” was finally paying attention to the most critical item, the bald guy jumped straight into NPC mode and started explaining.

“Oh.” Lu Ce fiddled with the dal hanging in front of him, showing no particular reaction. He just pulled out that die again and tossed it.

It hit the floor. Still rolled a one!

Lu Ce glanced up at him with a playful look and said:

“This stuff doesn’t matter. Also, take to find so other players. Should be possible, right?”

“Uh...” The bald guy clearly froze for a second, then cautiously said:

“Uh, I don’t know where the other players are. I can’t find them.”

“But you can contact anyti. According to the ga rules, I might have...”

“You’re being dishonest.” Lu Ce cut him off. The smiling face on the blue mask twisted continuously as he picked up the die.

“You lied......”

“Also, in this ga, what matters isn’t what the ga wants—it’s what I want......”

The bald guy, who had finally cald down a bit, suddenly felt a chill crawl across his whole body. But before he could even try to argue, Lu Ce’s voice continued:

“We’ll talk about all that later. For now... do you have a knife?”

The bald guy shuddered. “No—it’s not that I don’t want to help you find other players, it’s just...”

“I’d prefer if we could skip all the useless chatter if you do.”

Bald guy: .......

He didn’t dare say another word. That feeling—like being trapped with a beast—told him resistance was pointless. Hands trembling a little, he reached into the glove box and pulled out a dagger.

The guy already had a gun—what difference did a knife make?

“You want a knife... for what?”

He turned around cautiously, only to see a sight that made his pupils quake.

Behind him, “Sin” had already peeled off his shirt, revealing a pale but muscular chest.

The blue mask wore a faint, ambiguous smile—an incredibly bizarre grin—as he stared straight at the bald brute.

Bald guy: ???
