From the mont “Sin” appeared, Sun had barely paid any more attention to Chiyo Eine in front of him.

From the mont he swaggered into the scene, he had been sizing up everyone’s strength around him, drawing the gaze of others.

He didn’t have sothing cheat-like like Xie Antong’s All-Seeing Eye, but he had his own spiritual intuition, along with the beast instincts honed from countless battles.

He could sense who was truly a threat to him.

The ga’s rankings considered many factors and didn’t necessarily reflect pure combat strength—Sun had absolute confidence in himself.

And honestly, before Lu Ce showed up, even though he could sense Chiyo Eine’s presence, he still didn’t see her as any kind of threat.

But the mont “Sin” appeared, he felt it!

This was the key player! Taking care of the Japanese chick could wait—he wanted to test himself against the strongest first.

From an outsider’s perspective, he looked like a total psycho. One mont he was about to attack civilians, the next he was about to fight Chiyo Eine, and now he turned and hurled his ultimate move at the newly arrived “Sin.”

Lu Ce’s brows twitched under his mask too, but he didn’t pay it much mind. His body launched off the tower like a spirit cat, diving downward.

The Fireball’s coverage was massive. After a thunderous explosion, Lu Ce avoided the blast zone.

A large portion of the tallic outer layer was completely lted through. The towering landmark building even began to sway, with liquid tal dripping down and solidifying midair.

“Heh, dodging? Coward.”

Sun mocked, but seeing Lu Ce not take it head-on, he did feel a bit more at ease.

Lu Ce, fired up by the challenge, thought to himself: if this is the level of the challenger, not bad. Then he imdiately dialed his Hell Roar up to third gear.

“Coward? Then don’t dodge yourself!”

With thirty percent output power, this blast’s force was no less than the previous Fireball.

And this reckless brute Sun really seed to fall for the taunt—he wasn’t going to dodge. He bent his legs into a horse stance and pushed out a massive flaming shield.

Boom!

The instant the shield collided with the Hell Roar, the blinding light it released left nearby civilians montarily blinded.

And that wasn’t all—the deafening blast that followed ruptured eardrums, causing blood to flow. This was a literal clash of gods that dood the bystanders.

Xie Antong shielded her head with her helt while controlling the All-Seeing Eye to fly toward “Sin.”

Her personality made her more mindful of consequences. She knew that with sothing this massive happening in the real world, a global dia earthquake was about to erupt.

What used to be speculation was now real—advanced players could no longer be considered human. Every one of them had the potential to pose a massive threat to the world!

Crack crack crack!

As searing flas clashed, the fire shield bore the horrifying impact. The fire giant Sun had beco dug deep trenches into the ground with his feet.

The ground split apart like toy blocks. The fire giant slid back over a dozen ters before barely stabilizing himself—right in front of Chiyo Eine.

It wasn’t easy, but he did take it head-on.

The fire shield and Hell Roar both dissolved at the sa ti, turning into streams of fla that replenished the fire giant’s body.

Chiyo Eine watched the terrifying fight ahead with a heavy expression. She had a strange feeling that her power might not even be able to beat this fire giant.

“Out of my way!”

He casually kicked Chiyo Eine to the side, as if blowing off steam.

He stood at 2.5 ters tall now. Chiyo Eine was 1.7 ters. That kick was like punting a thermos.

Chiyo Eine’s previous magic array activated, shielding her body. Countless black tendrils on the ground writhed like a swamp, disturbing and entangling the fire giant.

She was a bit stuck. Unlike Sun, she wasn’t the type to brute-force her way through.

Sun’s actions resembled Lu Ce’s earlier fury. From the start of the ga, he had never thought about destroying the beacon.

He just wanted to fight! To kill! After all, the ga was a battle royale.

Chiyo Eine had, of course, found it easier to just destroy the beacon. But right now, she couldn’t even see where the opponent’s beacon was.

Before anyone could react, just as the flas faded and Sun kicked out, Lu Ce moved.

He leapt from the Tokyo Tower, driving both legs straight into the ground. His feet buckled, and he nearly stumbled.

His dramatic entrance totally flopped. But just as the spectators were about to burst into laughter, the ground beneath Lu Ce exploded.

Fueled by terrifying power, he shot forward like a dragon, charging straight at Sun.

Sun had just gathered his thoughts when the figure of “Sin” appeared beneath him.

What t his gaze was a fearso Blue Mask.

“Am I... being too nice to you?” The sa words Sun had used on Chiyo Eine were now thrown back at him.

Beneath the Mysterious Cloak were muscles as hard as steel. Lu Ce didn’t use any flashy techniques. He even put away his Hell Roar.

The na “Sin” was sothing Sun had heard about almost daily—people talked about him like so mythical being.

But truthfully, Sun didn’t really know what “Sin’s” ability was.

He’d just heard that he was really strong, carried so weapons and Sealed Artifacts, and maybe had a few screws loose.

How could a guy like that be Number One? Must be hiding so trump card he hasn’t used yet.

—Nope.

Lu Ce really was just that strong. But maybe Sun hadn’t realized how strong.

Boom!

Like thunder exploding, Lu Ce swung a full-force punch straight into the fire giant’s chest.

It was the first ti anyone had dared to take his full punch head-on.

Throwing it out felt... kinda amazing.

The fire giant flew back on impact, tracing an arc through the air before slamming into the ground, scorching it black.

Flas flickered as they repaired the damage to his chest. He got back up, seemingly unhard—

—but unnoticed mid-air, he had already coughed up blood.

A flicker of shock passed through Sun’s heart, followed by calm acceptance.

World Number One should be on that level.

In the solemn air, the two stared at each other across the distance, like in a Hollywood movie. Sun spoke:

“That’s it?”

“Oh? Pretty tough, huh...” The Blue Mask still wore its smiling face. “But why do I sll... blood?”
