Now reading: Chapter 223: The Prison Guard, and a Prison Where You Can’t from Pain Immunity: Worried the Villains Aren’t Twisted Enough, a Game novel by 陷阵营营长.

What the f**k do you an donate sperm?!

The aggression of “Sin” was now fully on display, and the people in this prison had all seen enough—they were stunned speechless, their faces turning grim.

There’s a saying: don’t strike soone who’s smiling.

Usually, once soone ended up in a place like this, they should be keeping things relatively chill.

Even if soone was a troublemaker, they shouldn’t be openly aggressive. Everyone should at least keep up appearances before scheming behind each other’s backs.

They say, drink from the sa golden cup but never spare the blade—that would be the normal dynamic.

But who the hell was this guy? Didn’t know anyone, first eting, and ca in guns blazing.

In just a few seconds, almost every inmate started building up hostility inside.

Where the hell did this dumb*ss co from, walking in ready to make enemies out of everyone?

“Feisty, aren’t you, kid?” The old man sohow pulled out a cigarette, took a puff, and said.

Then, narrowing his eyes slightly, he continued, “But in a place like this, it’s better to stay low-key. Do you even know where you are, daring to talk like that?”

“What, is this your mom’s grave? Or did I move into your f***ing urn?”

Lu Ce also sat up straighter, looking down at the old man, spitting venom as he spoke.

He didn’t know why, but there was a constant feeling of restlessness and irritation in his chest.

Seeing the guy in front of him get pissed actually made him feel... better.

He even let out a cold sneer.

The old man was fuming. From the ss of hair like overgrown weeds, a murky gaze filled with killing intent shot out.

Just as he was about to say sothing, Lu Ce, of course, didn’t give him the chance.

“And what do you an by ‘young man’? Which of your eyes sees as young? Are your eyes planted under your *ss?”

“Grandpa here is 182 years old, and you’re calling young? How old are you, you little b*stard?”

Maybe Lu Ce’s tone was just too outrageous, too confident—his presence was too overwhelming.

It actually made so of the people around him lose confidence.

Even the old guy started wondering: did I say sothing wrong?

Was there sothing off about what I said?

His eyes went blank for a second, and the other prisoners glanced at each other, unsure how to react.

One hundred... one hundred and eighty-two years old?

“Wait a minute...” From the other side, a scar-faced man with furrowed brows spoke up.

“Never mind whether soone can live that long—you literally just said your great-grandfather was 108, didn’t you?”

“You said it yourself.”

“Yeah, so what?” Lu Ce said, still boldly confident. “My great-grandfather’s seventy years younger than .”

“What, not possible? You brats are just ignorant.”

The prisoners: ......

Forget them—even the livestream audience was dumbfounded.

【Can soone explain what the hell is wrong with ‘Sin’ this ti? What kind of ntal state says sh*t like that?】

【Is “Blank” in this ga too?】

【Yeah, “Blank” is in the sa prison. These two are gaming together every day now—kinda ambiguous.】

【Bet they already tead up.】

Since the ga had just started, the mood was still relatively relaxed.

Lu Ce saw the prisoners looking at each other and kept the sarcasm rolling.

“What’s with those faces? Look like your moms just died.”

“My great-grandpa has seniority, I’m older—what? Is that unreasonable?”

“If it helps, I can recognize you all as my honorary great-great-grandsons. Consider it a favor.”

Seeing he was still running his mouth, the prisoners finally realized—

They’d been played.

In an instant, all their expressions soured. On the other side, a skinny man spoke coldly:

“Kid, talking nonsense here is not a smart move.”

“Oh, and you’re smart? If you were so smart, why’d you get locked up here?” Lu Ce replied.

The skinny guy: ......

Then, a chubby guy with a gut poking out spoke up:

“But you... aren’t you locked up too?”

“Did I ever say I was smart?” Lu Ce turned his head and then even lifted his pink mask with pride.

“And besides—I just got here!”

Everyone: ......

So what the hell are you proud of?!

They exchanged looks and all reached the sa conclusion—

Today, they’d t a real ntal case.

They didn’t even know when he’d arrived, but in this place, anything was possible.

“You lie in here, and you’re just asking for a short life,” said a yellow-haired guy, the kind who looked like a wannabe gangster.

“But you’ve kinda pissed off…”

As he said that, he pulled a bar of soap from under his pillow, wrapped it in the pillowcase, and started swinging it like a mini flail.

“So I’ve decided—I’m gonna teach you a lesson.”

With that, all five of Lu Ce’s cellmates had now spoken.

The Envy mask had managed, within just a few minutes, to successfully piss off every last one of them.

Five inmates: one cranky old man, one yellow-haired punk, one fat guy, one skinny guy, and one scar-faced thug.

Quite the lineup.

Honestly, their best trait was that they made it easy for a charge captain to rember five useless dudes without needing nas.

It was like they knew they wouldn’t get much screenti in this novel and decided to be helpful.

Listening to what they were saying, Lu Ce had started to catch on—

This place probably didn’t allow lying.

Which was why his BS from earlier had been so easily accepted.

And from the looks of it, lying might even have so consequences.

As the yellow-haired guy finished talking, the others silently pulled out their own bars of soap, wrapping them in pillowcases.

When swung, these makeshift weapons hurt like hell and didn’t leave visible evidence.

They looked like they’d done this before.

Of course, Lu Ce wasn’t fazed. He tried to summon his Hell Roar.

—But it didn’t work!

All the items in his backpack were locked.

This was probably part of the “restrictions” ntioned earlier.

Now, the five guys in the room had started to close in.

Lu Ce laid down flat, deciding to just take the beating—might as well rack up so Pain Points.

But the next second—

A violent rumbling shook the room, like an earthquake.

The lights dimd, and at the door stood a man built like a f***ing tower.

“What the hell are you doing?!”

“You filthy beasts from the House of Beasts—co on, tell your sins again! I forgot!”

The five inmates who’d just been oozing bloodlust all froze the mont they saw him.

They trembled from head to toe and instantly dropped into a crouch, hugging their heads, all facing the door.

Only Lu Ce remained lying flat on the bed.

Staring at the sudden change, he sat up again, looked around, and said impatiently:

“What’s going on? Why’s everyone squatting? Group dump? What kind of activity is this?”

“What are you yelling about?”

Lu Ce looked up—the last sentence was directed at the prison guard by the door.

The guard’s blood-red eyes were staring right back at him.

“Hm?”
