Lu Ce: ?
He glanced back at the tal sphere, thinking to himself how it always knew when to make things awkward.
"What? Are you a Maybach too? Should I find you an overpass to show off?"
"What's a Maybach? I'm probably more mystical than that thing." The tal sphere said proudly.
Lu Ce ignored it and slowly put on his mask.
Among those who erged from the ga, if nothing else, Lu Ce possessed the most Dinsional Backpacks of any player!
Moreover, most of his strength was inherently focused on his physical attributes.
This ant many players, especially those reliant on equipnt, might still have so capabilities in-ga but would be significantly weakened in reality.
But Lu Ce had no such concerns.
In the real world, the gap between his strength and other players would only widen!
Taking a mask from his Dinsional Backpack, he fitted it perfectly onto his face.
Blue light shimred across its surface as his most familiar sin—Greed—completed its transformation.
This marked the first ti the strongest player donned his mask in the real world.
The instant the blue mask touched his face, his entire deanor underwent a radical change. All previous irritation and hesitation vanished, replaced by a leisurely chuckle as if life itself were just a ga.
It was as if he was born for this ga—with the mask on, the real world beca rely another playfield.
Tilting his head slightly, he looked at Black Knight.
"Our ga begins. This ti, the rules are more open."
"—No rules! No missions! Honestly, this is my favorite state of affairs."
"Hahaha!" Black Knight laughed while observing the blue mask.
"Don't overdo it. I feel like you're about to overload any second now."
"Oh? What's wrong with that?" Lu Ce's familiar air of nonchalance had fully returned.
The Sin Mask was, in a sense, both an amplifier and a filter for one's will.
It sieved out all chaotic thoughts, leaving only a single, extre impulse.
"So, we're definitely going, right?" Black Knight said excitedly. "Have you decided? What's our objective this ti?"
"You can sense it too—there's probably so sche brewing here."
Ever since Lu Ce started losing it, Black Knight's earlier madness had stabilized, even appearing sowhat rational now.
"Of course. It'd be insulting if they didn't have so conspiracy against ."
"As for our purpose..."
Lu Ce suddenly grabbed the floating tal sphere, pulling it before his face as the blue mask twisted into a ferocious grin.
"Like you said earlier—we're going... to kill her!"
Black Knight froze montarily before bursting into laughter at the sight of that frenzied, inscrutable face.
"Hahaha! Suit yourself!"
"So, when do we depart?"
Hearing this, Lu Ce walked to the window, coiling his arm like a drawn longbow—his 100-point strength, already brushing against the limits of the first Gene Lock, turning his body into a human catapult.
Then—he hurled the tal sphere with trendous force!
"Right now!"
Several minutes later, Black Knight—now thrown god-knows-how-far—finally began decelerating.
Where the hell did he launch ?
Lu Ce's throw might as well have been artillery fire.
Suddenly, a black combat vehicle materialized mid-air as the Illusion Cloak transford into streamlined battle attire clinging to Lu Ce's fra.
Mounting the vehicle, he took to the skies!
As he accelerated, a path of black and crimson manifested beneath the wheels—an aerial bridge forming spontaneously!
This was Black Knight's ultimate movent ability—War Path.
The bicolored road crumbled away behind them while continuously extending forward, shooting straight toward the distant horizon.
Within re minutes, their speed surpassed comrcial jet velocities—and kept increasing!
When it ca to being a vehicle, Black Knight never made empty boasts.
"You never showed this capability before," Lu Ce remarked, his voice unable to keep up with their speed—yet Black Knight heard him clearly.
"Was worried your physique couldn't handle it."
"Besides, those cramped ga maps were boring as hell!"
"About ti we played in the open!"
The War Path stretched across the sky, soaring above countless heads as it barreled toward Penglai Island in the distance!
Their entrance would undoubtedly outshine everyone else's.
......
Penglai Island—the scheduled ti for the East Sea Debate had arrived.
Yet an eerie silence blanketed the entire island.
Nearly half a day had passed...
They had to face the facts—the strongest player had likely stood them all up.
Given his notorious in-ga personality, this wasn't entirely unexpected.
In the ga's interface, Sun had progressed from initial challenges to outright insults—clearly rattled.
He genuinely hadn't anticipated such a petty move from his rival.
Now, the gathered elite players found themselves at loose ends, unsure why they'd even co.
While dubbed the East Sea Debate, everyone knew its true purpose.
Without that person's presence, were they just supposed to hold so martial arts tournant? Seed rather pointless.
"How amusing," a white-robed figure suddenly stood up from the crowd's center. "Seems the speculation was correct."
"The so-called strongest player either isn't human or was rely the ga's creation—he doesn't exist in reality."
"My mistake for overestimating this. Without him, there's no point staying."
The white-robed man's central position—though seemingly random—had actually stabilized over the day's events.
Only the top-tier players dared occupy the central zone!
"How dull. Just the ga amusing itself in the end."
He turned to leave.
"Hold it, foreigner." Sun suddenly spoke up, startling two nearby Heaven and Earth Society mbers. "What do you an 'no point without him'?"
"Implying the rest of us here aren't worth your ti?"
The white-robed man paused mid-step, half-turning with an amused expression.
"Sir, I don't believe I've offended you. Why this persistent hostility?"
Sun also rose to his feet, face full of disdain.
"A coward hiding behind robes."
"You're not Chinese—I can tell."
"But why keep speaking Chinese?"
"Who exactly... are you talking to, you little shit?"
