Ji Yang was stunned!
“Your… cousin?”
Mu Siyin nodded her head. “Yes.”
“What’s his name?”
“Lu Jingchen.”
Ji Yang blinked as her brows knitted together.
“So is it him, Yangyang?”
Ji Yang sighed and looked at Mu Siyin dumbfoundedly. “Was he the amazing cousin you told me about the last time, Yinyin?”
Now, Mu Siyin was convinced that the person was Lu Jingchen.
“There must be some kind of misunderstanding, Yangyang. He’s not that kind of person.”
Ji Yang tutted in response. “You might’ve fallen under his trick, Yinyin. He is that kind of person. He was even caught hugging two women at a time!”
Mu Siyin was shocked. Really?
Seeing how doubtful Mu Siyin looked, Ji Yang added, “Really. My colleagues can attest to what I just said.”
Mu Siyin started to feel conflicted. “Then, he… where is he now?”
“He’s still locked up.”
Mu Siyin was really at a loss for words this time.
“So you came all the way here for this?” Ji Yang turned around in frustration and stretched.
Mu Siyin’s face scrunched up. “Yeah.”
“Pay him no attention. We’ll let him go after a few days.”
Mu Siyin was still in disbelief. She knew that Lu Jingchen would go with the flow and call for service girls at certain occasions to acpany him, but he could not be for real, right?
The Lu Jingchen she remembered was someone who always kept his nose clean.
“Can I see him, Yangyang?”
Ji Yang turned her head. “He’s doing fine there, so you don’t need to.”
“But I’m still a little worried about him.”
“Fine, fine. I’ll take you to him.”
After Ji Yang washed up and got changed, she headed to the police station with Mu Siyin.
They had just entered the detention center when they saw Lu Jingchen walking out with a long face. There were several men following behind him.
Mu Siyin’s lit up as she called out, “Cuz…”
Lu Jingchen had never thought that he would meet someone he knew there, much less Mu Siyin!
Mu Siyin sprinted over to him. “Are you okay?”
Lu Jingchen frowned and looked at her dubiously. “Why are you here?”
“I’m here to see you!”
“How… How do you know I’m here?”
Ji Yang crossed her arms and walked up. “Something as embarrassing as this has already made headlines.”
The fury in Lu Jingchen burned the moment he saw Ji Yang.
“You! I will lodge a plaint against you!” He lifted his hands and pointed at Ji Yang as he gritted his teeth with hatred.
Ji Yang smiled. “plain? Do you have a screw loose in your head? The audacity for you to say that when you’ve done something so shameless!”
“Ji Yang!”
A stern voice suddenly came from a distance.
That voice took Ji Yang aback.
“You. Apologize to Young Master Lu now!” A middle-aged policeman strode forward as he bellowed at Ji Yang.
Ji Yang became anxious. “Why?”
“How dare you ask me why when you’ve caught the wrong man!”
Ji Yang was confused.
“I didn’t! Yesterday, he…”
“Young Master Lu’s lawyer has made it extremely clear, and he also provided us with some incriminating evidence. They were just there for business yesterday night.”
Ji Yang tried not to laugh. What nonsense was this?
Was hugging women part of the business?
The policeman walked up to Ji Yang and growled softly, “I was also told that you kicked him twice yesterday. Apologize, and this matter would be settled.”
Ji Yang retorted immediately, “I wasn’t wrong!”

At that, Lu Jingchen snorted. “Whatever. I’ll get even with her in the future!”
Not wanting to embarrass himself further, Lu Jingchen walked out of the place.
