A few days later, the day arrived for the ski trip that An Yiqing, Ruan Xue, and a few others had planned. Early in the morning, everyone arrived punctually at the small villa of An Yiqing and Gu Yelin, bringing along their belongings.
There was a slight change in the people going on this trip compared to the original plan. Gu Yelin was unable to accompany them due to work obligations. However, Zhou Xiaoyu, who shared a dorm with Gu Tingting and Ruan Xue, surprisingly decided to join in.
Previously, An Yiqing and Zhou Xiaoyu had beco quite familiar with each other due to the relationship between Gu Tingting and Ruan Xue. Later, to help Gu Tingting and Ruan Xue prepare for their upcoming exams, An Yiqing also tutored Zhou Xiaoyu in international languages. Although Zhou Xiaoyu was a shy girl, she admired An Yiqing greatly. Every ti she was with her idol, she was quite excited.
Therefore, this ti, when Gu Tingting invited her for the ski trip, Zhou Xiaoyu readily agreed.
This trip included a large group: An Yiqing, Tang Lin/Ruan Xue, Gu Tingting, Xia Hau, Zhou Xiaoyu, Zhang Yufeng, Eddie and Bali who were responsible for protecting Xia Hau, and An Zhihang who had confird a romantic relationship with Gu Tingting.
The group set off with their equipnt and food in high spirits.
This ti, to ensure everyone had a great ti, An Yiqing chose a very famous ski resort abroad. That country was located north of Xuanjin, with temperatures potentially colder than the current freezing temperatures of Dongyan Province.
After boarding the plane, the group was delighted to arrive at their destination in no ti. The entire journey was planned ticulously by An Yiqing, and nothing unpleasant occurred.
Upon reaching the resort, everyone was in high spirits, stunned by the breathtaking scenery before them.
It was so beautiful! The entire landscape was draped in a snowy white. The pristine white snow complented the undulating mountain peaks. Taking a deep breath, they felt exceptionally refreshed and relaxed.
An Yiqing’s group often found themselves burdened by family pressures and various trivial matters, but this ti, they truly found a wonderful place to unwind.
"These are your rooms, don’t get them mixed up. Especially you, Eddie, please don’t use this opportunity to harass the beauties I’ve brought along," An Yiqing handed the keys to Eddie with a playful grin.
"Oh my Xiao Qing Beauty, how could you misunderstand like this?" Eddie clutched his heart with his right hand, putting on a facade of heartbreak, "You must know, my heart is entirely yours!"
An Yiqing twitched her lips, "Eddie, Ah Lin will be here in a few days."
Eddie’s prepared sweet words were swallowed back by An Yiqing’s ntion of "Gu Yelin." Just thinking of Gu Yelin’s intense jealousy made Eddie shiver, considering him soone who values romantic interests over friendships.
"Miss An, forgive him for not taking his dicine recently. For Satan’s sake, please don’t take it to heart." After tidying up his things, Bali noticed his silly brother acting up again, and imdiately approached An Yiqing to apologize politely before dragging Eddie upstairs.
An Yiqing watched the two walk away with amusent, sitting idly on the sofa waiting for everyone to gather downstairs.
At this mont, a slender figure appeared on the stairs from the second floor. She paused upon seeing An Yiqing on the sofa, hesitated for a mont, then slowly descended.
"Senior sister..."
An Yiqing put down her teacup, turned to look at the person behind her, and gave her a friendly smile.
"Xiao Yoo, how did you finish packing so quickly?" She poured a cup of tea and waved for Zhou Xiaoyu to co and sit down.
Zhou Xiaoyu nervously sat on the sofa, taking the teacup handed to her by An Yiqing, while the tips of her ears turned slightly pink.
"I didn’t bring much luggage. Just packed a few things simply." Her voice carried a hint of nervousness and shyness, with her eyes filled with joy and excitent as she looked at An Yiqing.
An Yiqing nodded, understanding that Zhou Xiaoyu’s family conditions were not as good, so she wouldn’t bring as much as Ruan Xue and Gu Tingting.
"If there’s anything you’re not accustod to, be sure to tell . We’re all out here to have fun, so no need to feel too restrained, okay?"
Zhou Xiaoyu nodded, "Yes, senior sister. I’m sorry for causing trouble this ti. Thank you for inviting to co skiing."
An Yiqing waved her hand nonchalantly, "No need for such formality. I’ve been too busy, and rarely have ti to et up with Tingting and Xiao Xue, Tang Lin, so this is a great chance to catch up. We’re all friends, no need for formalities."
