A clerk who was free greeted them with a smile.
“Welco, are you here to reserve a wedding dress or for wedding photos?”
The tall woman glanced over the clerk disdainfully and strode in, her ten-centiter heels clicking loudly.
“I’m looking for your clerk, Xiao Yu. My mom tried a dress here a few days ago, and I’m here to pay today.”
“Alright, please wait a mont.”
With that, the clerk poured a cup of coffee for the couple and then went to the clothing area.

“I’m very sorry. As there was no reservation that day, according to store policy, the dress was still available for sale.” Xiao Yu remained polite yet firm.
Miss Gao raised her eyebrows high, stomping in anger, then turned to the man beside her to whine, “Honey, my mom’s dress is gone! I don’t care; I want that one!” Saying this, she clutched the man’s arm and shook it vigorously. His arm conveniently brushed against her chest, causing him to feel impulsive.
He coughed lightly and looked at Xiao Yu with authority, “You said the dress was reserved by a custor but not fully paid yet?”
Xiao Yu paused, “Yes, Mr. Qi. However, the store’s policy states that after a deposit is paid, the dress cannot be resold. Only if the reserving custor cancels the deposit can the dress be resold. I’m sorry. You can look at other dresses; several new ones have just arrived and they are quite beautiful.”

“You sold the dress my mother-in-law liked to soone else and won’t tell who that person is! Is your studio not interested in making money? No vision at all. And a re clerk dares to act arrogant in front of ? Where’s the boss? Where’s your boss? Get him out here!”
Xiao Yu was startled by the loud noise but still maintained her smile. “I’m terribly sorry, sir, for the inconvenience, that’s my fault. However, store policy indeed does not allow us to disclose other custors’ privacy. Even if the boss were here, we’d still follow the protocol.”
