Having said so much, Sophie didn’t plan to continue, as disappointnt overwheld her.
She took a dress from the wardrobe and went into the restroom.
Five minutes later, having washed and dressed, she walked out without looking around.
To Thomas Shannon’s surprise, she didn’t make a scene and left the bedroom so calmly.
Thomas Shannon followed her downstairs, saw her call for Gaby, and then saw her about to leave with Gaby.
Realizing sothing was wrong, Thomas Shannon took a quick step forward, blocking her, "Sophie, where are you going?"
Sophie suppressed her anger, her face calm and impassive, "To a place that belongs to Gaby and ."
"This place belongs to you too." He roared low.

Sophie closed her eyes, always holding back and restraining herself, her thin body trembling lightly, "Thomas Shannon, move aside."
"Move aside? Do you think that’s possible?" Thomas Shannon stepped forward, embracing her, lowering his head, and planting a gentle kiss on the top of her head with his thin lips.
Feeling the tremor in the body in his arms, Thomas Shannon’s heart softened imnsely, "Fennie, don’t go, Country F is still not safe for you, going back would be dangerous."
Even though they both knew the Cecilia currently in Country F was just an imposter posing as her, all these linked conspiracies couldn’t have been orchestrated by her alone.
There were others backing her.
"Don’t touch ." Sophie kept her eyes shut, her voice carrying a barely noticeable tremor.
"Fennie, don’t be like this, calm down." Thomas Shannon not only didn’t let her go, he held her even tighter.

Sophie murmured, her voice hoarse and nearly shouting, she pushed him away in a breakdown, hitting and kicking him, clawing and biting.
In the vast main hall, the maids and servants watched the scene, not daring to breathe heavily, all lowering their heads, pretending they hadn’t seen anything.
