Thomas Shannon scoffed, wasn’t it true...
When Sophie Sullivan left, what did she say to him?
She said, don’t fall for her, it’s not worth it.
Every ti he recalled those words, Thomas Shannon wished he could strangle her neck.
When it cos to being ruthless, no one is more heartless than her.
She is a woman who controls her emotions effortlessly; when she likes you, she’s like a gentle kitty, snuggling and rolling in his embrace.
When she doesn’t like you, she’ll extend her sharp claw and scratch his heart fiercely.
She got angry and wanted to leave with Gaby and Angus. Fine, he gave her ti to calm down.
Gave her ti to figure things out.
After a period of ti, she would also calm down.
Thomas Shannon thought he would be a very patient hunter, but he overestimated himself.
Sophie Sullivan was only gone for five days, and he couldn’t take it anymore.
Habit is truly a terrifying thing, altering you subtly and imperceptibly.
Sophie Sullivan’s shadow has thoroughly occupied a corner of his mories.
Inside this vast manor, her presence was everywhere. Inside bedroom, whenever he closed his eyes, her words and deeds in this bedroom would surface in his mind.
Her every expression and smile, her every joy and anger, he had rembered them all clearly inside his mind.
Unable to shake it off, inseparable.
For the first ti with a woman, he had lost so completely.
William Guillen was just about to speak when he saw him put down the wine glass and abruptly stand up.
"Thomas, where are you going?" William Guillen looked at him in astonishnt, not understanding what he was doing.
"To find her."
This "her", William Guillen understood, is Sophie Sullivan.
......
Lucifer returned to the isle; Sophie Sullivan was leaning on the balcony lounge chair, gazing at the skyline in a daze.
"Dear, what are you looking at?" Lucifer ca to her side and followed her gaze.
Gaby saw Lucifer and enthusiastically dashed over, rubbing his head against his face, very affectionately.
"Gaby, have you taken good care of Cecilia, huh?" Lucifer laughed, rubbing Gabby’s head. Gabby howled as if responding to him.
Sophie Sullivan snapped back to reality, her expression indifferent, "Lucifer, you’re back?"
Angus gave her dicine, which after taking, would make her feel a bit dizzy.
Angus said it was a side effect of the dicine.
She eagerly pursued results, so Angus could only prescribe dicine for her; the surgical plan was already customized, and after a period of taking dicine, surgery could be perford.
Lucifer released Gaby and extended his arms, pulling her into embrace, pressing his forehead against hers, the tip of the nose lightly rubbing against her tip of the nose, "Cecilia, still angry?"
"No." She had actually figured it out; even if Thomas Shannon hadn’t stopped her that day, Lucifer would have.
Charging impulsively would only expose herself; ultimately, she acted on impulse...
Thinking carefully, Thomas Shannon wasn’t wrong; he was also doing it for her good.
Coming to the island these few days, she hadn’t contacted Thomas Shannon, and likewise, Thomas Shannon hadn’t contacted her.
Both seem to be competing with each other.
Sophie Sullivan almost forgot, how proud Thomas Shannon is; that day she just left, leaving behind a few words and walked away.
With his pride, reconciliation was impossible.
Forget it...
He had said, the day she recovers her mory, he would let her go.
She’s close to regaining her mory, might as well just let it go.
"Really not angry anymore?" Lucifer’s deep blue eyes overflowing with doting.
