Relatives?
He was the only one who dared to say that Cecilia Branford treated him like family!
Lucifer’s fist carried a fierce wind, unexpectedly smashing towards Thomas Shannon.
Sophie Sullivan watched the news for a while, but Lucifer had not returned. She looked in the direction outside, pursed the corner of her mouth, and didn’t ask anything.
Gabby woke up, lazily lifted her head, and rubbed against her.
"Awake?" Sophie lowered her head, held Gabby’s head, and rubbed it roughly, "You sleep more than Harry."
After a long ti, the butler ran in. His steps a bit ssy, he hurriedly ca to her, and said urgently, "Miss Cecilia, His Highness Lucifer and Thomas Shannon are fighting!"
"Fighting?" A trace of confusion flashed in Sophie’s eyes. Why were those two fighting?
The butler nodded, "Yes, no one can pull them apart. Would you like to go and see?"
Sophie paused, released Gabby, and got up to walk outside.
The butler breathed a sigh of relief and quickly followed.
From a distance, she saw two tall n fighting each other, Charlie River with the n in black, and Leo with the guards, all standing on the side watching.
It was probably that Thomas Shannon and Lucifer had ordered that no one was allowed to intervene.
The duel between the two n looked exceptionally intense.
Sophie slowed her pace, and Gabby rushed ahead, charging to Thomas Shannon’s side, pouncing and pressing him to the ground, lowering her head to bite.
"Gabby!"
Sophie roared lowly, "Co back!"
Things happened so fast. Thomas Shannon was caught off guard and knocked to the ground, his back hitting heavily, the intense pain spreading almost instantly to his limbs.
Lucifer laughed loudly, patting Gabby’s head, "Gabby, step aside and watch. I can handle him."
Gabby hesitated before getting off Thomas Shannon.
Lucifer leaned down, grabbed Thomas Shannon’s collar with one hand, and pulled him up from the ground. This damn man truly should not be underestimated!
He raised his fist, once again aiming for that detestable face.
Gabby returned to Sophie’s side, standing upright, placing her two paws on Sophie’s shoulder, and endearingly rubbing her head against Sophie’s face.
Sophie kept a stern face, pushing its head away with one hand, saying unhappily, "Gabby, you’re getting more and more mischievous."
Gabby let out a low howl, seemingly aggrieved.
Sophie said irritably, "You’re so heavy, get down quickly."
Gabby howled again before retracting its paws and staying obediently by her side.
Bang!
With a dull thud, Thomas Shannon was knocked to the ground by Lucifer’s punch.
Charlie River’s face changed with horror, "Young Master!"
Blood flowed from the corner of Thomas Shannon’s mouth. He struggled to prop himself up, waved his hand, and said hoarsely, "I’m fine."
His deep gaze fixed intently on Sophie, with thin lips pressed tightly together, carrying a hint of proud solitude.
Lucifer’s fists clenched with a crunch, grabbing him with one hand, and delivering another powerful punch to his lower abdon.
The force of Lucifer’s punch was not small; Thomas Shannon staggered back a few steps, clutching his lower abdon tightly, the color of blood fading from his handso face.
Within the cold severity, there lay a trace of vulnerability.
Sophie frowned slightly. Didn’t the butler say Lucifer and Thomas Shannon were fighting?
Why...was it always Lucifer making the moves?
"Lucifer..." Sophie called softly.
Lucifer heard her and turned his head, curling his lips into a smile, "Cecilia, wait for a while longer. I’ll deal with him soon."
He just didn’t believe it; let’s see how long he could keep pretending!
