She turned and ran.

The man let out a disdainful scoff, arrogant and overbearing.
Like picking up a chick, he easily grabbed her by the collar and pulled her back.
Subdued, Sophie angrily said, "No, Thomas Shannon, you can’t do this to ."
"Sophie, don’t forget, you were the one who provoked first."
At that ti, who was it that professed their love for him?
Now, after using him, she is eager to sever ties; there’s no such good thing in the world!
Sever ties? Sophie shouldn’t even think about it!

She struggled forcefully, the cold tal cutting into her wrist, leaving red marks. She raised her eyes, "That’s why I want you to unlock them."
"If you’d behave a bit, these handcuffs wouldn’t harm you."
He could more or less guess what she was planning.

Her skin was delicate; a slight pinch would leave marks.
On her slender wrist, the handcuffs left bruises, a ring of red marks starkly visible on her fair skin.
It looked alarming.
Thomas Shannon picked up her wrist and kissed those red marks with his thin lips, "My child, only you can bear it. So, you’d best not hurry to sever ties with , because this lifeti, it’s impossible to sever."
