Setting her down on the washstand, Thomas Shannon silently filled a glass with water and squeezed toothpaste onto her toothbrush.
"Why are you being so good to ?"
He was suddenly being so gentle and considerate; it was strangely unsettling...
"Good?" Thomas Shannon chuckled faintly, pinching her jaw. "You’re too easily satisfied."
Sophie waved his hand away and started brushing her teeth.
As she brushed her teeth, Thomas Shannon leaned his tall fra against the wall, watching her with an unabashedly wicked gaze.
After washing up and getting dressed, Sophie wrapped her arms around Thomas Shannon’s neck, clinging to him. "Carry downstairs. I can’t walk..."
"And if I refuse?"
Sophie snorted haughtily. "Then you can forget about it ever again!"
That threat seed a bit harsh...
Thomas Shannon bent down and lifted her into a bridal carry again. Sophie, like a proud commander, urged him, "Hurry up, I’m hungry."
Downstairs.
A group of maidservants and maids stared. Their extraordinarily noble and aloof Young Master was carrying the little maniac downstairs.
The little maniac had the air of a commanding mistress, directing the Young Master.
Everyone was stunned, staring blankly at this rare sight.
