Charlie River could not figure out what Young Master Thomas ant, so he had to ask again, "Young Master, what do you think?"
"Why are you still standing there?" Thomas’s voice was slightly cold, accompanied by a trace of subtle annoyance.
"Yes, I’ll bring the maniac over right away!"
Charlie River turned around and quickly left the Restaurant.
「In the courtyard」
In front of the maniac’s bedroom, several maids were eating dinner together, not expecting Charlie River to suddenly appear. The shocked maids quickly stood up, on guard.
Charlie River glanced over, then withdrew his gaze. "Open the door."
"Yes!" A maid found the key and unlocked the door.
Inside the bedroom, it was pitch black, without a hint of light. Standing at the doorway, Charlie River switched on the lamp.
As Sophie lay on the bed, the lamp suddenly switched on. The abrupt light stung her eyes, making them ache. She instinctively closed them.
"Maniac, the Young Master wants to see you."
Extrely hungry, Sophie weakly opened her eyes. Her gaze fell upon Charlie River’s expressionless face. "What are you?"
Charlie River furrowed his brow and repeated, "The Young Master wants to see you."
Thomas Shannon, that bastard! Not only did he lock up, but he also didn’t give any food. Now he wants to see , and I should just obediently appear before him, waiting for his summons?
Sophie turned her body, her back to Charlie River. "Let him co to see himself."
"Maniac, let remind you, don’t try to resist the Young Master’s orders!"
Asking the Young Master to co to see personally? The nerve!
Sophie remained silent, determined not to go, refusing outright.
Charlie River lifted his hand and clapped twice. Two maidens imdiately walked in.
"Carry her. Follow ."
"Yes."
The two maidens ca to the bedside, pulled Sophie from the bed, and supported her, one on each side, as they walked.
Sophie sneered and glanced at the maidens holding her. "You asked for this. Don’t bla later."
The maidens turned a deaf ear, pretending not to hear.
「Inside the vintage Restaurant」
A crystal lamp hung from the high ceiling, as dazzlingly beautiful as an aurora. The man sitting at the head of the table, Thomas, was incredibly handso, exuding an inherent noble aura. He teased Harry with one hand, his posture leisurely and carefree.
Charlie River stepped forward. "Young Master, the maniac is here."
"Co here." The magnetic voice carried a seductive charm.
Sophie stood still, her arms held by the maidens. Hearing Thomas’s words, the two maidens released her simultaneously. They retreated to the side, one after another, standing with bowed heads.
"OW~" Harry stretched his neck, his round eyes staring at her.
Sophie remained silent and unmoving, her defiance clear.
"Are you deaf?" Thomas’s brow furrowed slightly. His long, narrow eyes narrowed dangerously, an impatient, cold glint flashing in their depths.
"I’m not deaf. I just don’t want to go over there," Sophie said in a deliberately provoking tone.
She hadn’t considered the consequences her provocative words might bring.
Thomas stood up. His long legs, clad in trousers, were slender and straight. He strode towards her, an air of danger accompanying his every step.
The height difference forced her to look up at him, like a servant gazing up at their master.
She felt incredibly annoyed!
She took two steps back, trying to create distance, but before she could move again, a big palm landed on her shoulder.
A sharp pain shot through her shoulder.
Sophie glared at the man before her, gritting her teeth, desperately holding back the cry of pain that threatened to escape her lips.
"Thomas Shannon!"
Does he want to crush ?
