With a burning sensation in his stomach, Thomas Shannon closed his eyes briefly, picked up the water cup, and took a gulp of ice water.
Sophie Sullivan put down the chopsticks, leaned back on the chair back with little interest, "Take your ti eating, I’ll go check on Fluffy."
As she got up to leave, Thomas Shannon tightly grasped her wrist, his voice deep and seemingly even hoarser, "Stay with ."

The man looked up, his cold eyes filled with bloodshot veins, stubborn and determined, "Stay with ."
Sophie Sullivan took a deep breath, suppressing the anger in her heart, "Is this fun for you?"
Thomas Shannon said nothing, just silently picked up the chopsticks, continuing to eat.
Watching him bring bite after bite to his mouth, Sophie Sullivan only felt annoyed and irritable.
This version of herself felt very unfamiliar.
Her emotions seed completely swayed by him, and she felt very passive.
As they remained in this deadlock, Thomas Shannon finally finished the last plate of spicy chicken.
He put down the chopsticks, and there seed to be a thin layer of water mist floating in his cold eyes, the spiciness making him down another cup of ice water.
He picked up the napkin, elegantly wiped the corner of his mouth, stood up, and changed his grip on her wrist to holding her hand.
"Let’s go back."
"Go back?"
Sophie Sullivan turned her head in confusion, looking at him, "Go back where?"
"Ho."
"Thomas Shannon, when did I ever say I wanted to go back with you?"
Sophie Sullivan pried open his hand and gracefully walked out; she was going back with Fluffy Zane.
"Fennie!"
Thomas Shannon quickly caught up, embracing her from behind, with Sophie’s body tightly held by his arms, her back pressed against his hard chest.
His head buried in her neck, his hot breath fully sprayed on her skin.
She uncomfortably squird twice, and was held still by Thomas Shannon, "Fennie, co back with , hmm?"
"I don’t want to go back with you."
Originally, she thought this would make Thomas Shannon retreat.
Unexpectedly, Thomas Shannon reacted quickly, "Then I’ll go with you, wherever you go, I go."
Sophie Sullivan: "..."
She really didn’t want to carry such a big luggage carrier with her!
"Let go."
Sophie Sullivan began to regret, wishing she had brought Gaby along too.
At least now she wouldn’t be so passive, held tightly in his arms with no way to escape.
If Gaby were there, it could have slapped him away with one claw.
If worse cos to worst, it could bite him and let Gaby try whether Young Master Shannon’s flesh is tastier than others’.

"That’s her house, not yours. Co ho with , okay?" Thomas Shannon’s breathing grew heavier, painfully holding Sophie Sullivan, "Fennie, I have a headache."
"If you have a headache, go ho and let the doctor give you a few needles, guaranteed to cure the root cause."
Thomas Shannon snorted, what a cold-blooded woman.
He rubbed his chin against her neck, his slightly bearded chin rubbed twice against her delicate neck before she irritably pushed him away.
"Get off, you’re pricking ."
Thomas Shannon chuckled lowly, putting his chin back to her, "Quickly say you’ll co back ho with , or I’ll prick you with my beard."
"You better let go, or I’ll have Gaby bite you!"
"Perfect, I’ve never tasted tiger at in this life, and Gaby’s pelt can make Harry a great cloak."
