Sophie Sullivan sat on the chair beside him, just about to go out and find so water to drink.
Thomas Shannon then tightly grasped her hand, his hoarse voice carrying restrained pain, "Where are you going?"
"To get so water to drink."
"Let Charlie River go, you stay with ."
Sophie: "..."
What else could she say?
Charlie soon brought the water, Sophie drank it, and the doctor had already given Thomas Shannon a fluid transfusion.
He lay on the sickbed, his facial color pale, with one hand still tightly clutching her wrist, unwilling to let go.
Sophie sat down, staring at Thomas Shannon without blinking, "You sleep for a while, I’ll be right here, not going anywhere, okay?"
"Okay."
Thomas Shannon glanced at her faintly, then closed his eyes.
"First, let go of my hand." Sophie frowned, lowered her head, and began to pry open his fingers with her hand.
"Fennie, do you still want to leave?"
Thomas Shannon had seen through her intention early on, from the ti when she told Fluffy Zane she would go back, he already knew she wouldn’t stay with him.
If it weren’t for his sudden stomachache, if the stomachache weren’t because of her, she probably wouldn’t have accompanied him to the hospital.
Sophie pressed the corner of her lips, she never intended to stay with him in the first place.
Thomas Shannon sneered, let go of her hand, "Fine, you go."
After saying this in a fit of pique, he closed his eyes.
Sophie rubbed her wrist, just then, her mobile phone rang.
She got up, left the Ergency Room, took out her phone, glanced at the number, and suspiciously answered, "Hello?"
"Miss Sophie?" The servant breathed a sigh of relief hearing her voice, "You better co back quickly, Gaby can’t find you and is now tearing at the door. I’m afraid it might rush down..."
Only then did Sophie rember Gaby, whom she had left in the room.
It hadn’t seen her for such a long ti, Gaby must have beco irritable again.
Hearing the trembling voice of the servants, she imdiately agreed, "Okay, I’ll be back right away."
After hanging up the phone, Sophie imdiately headed outside.
Charlie quickly caught up with her, blocking her path, "Maniac, you can’t go."
"Move." Sophie pressed the corner of her lips, coldly staring at him.
"The Young Master ended up like this because of you, so you have a duty to stay with him." Charlie could see that the Young Master’s earlier words were said in anger.
Who knew the maniac would take them seriously?
If she left now, wouldn’t the Young Master be furious?
So no matter what, Charlie had to stop her.
"Charlie, I’ll say it again, move."
"You must stay with the Young Master."
Charlie didn’t budge an inch, Sophie smirked coldly, nodded her head, her gaze sweeping past his shoulder, looking behind him, slightly nodding.
Derek Clark, agile and swift, dashed forward, raised his hand like a knife, and slashed down fiercely.
"Miss Cecilia Branford, the car is waiting outside, you can leave now."
Realizing what was happening, Charlie imdiately tangled with Derek.
Sophie nodded, "Derek, be careful."
Finished speaking, she quickly left.
Outside the hospital, Derek’s n were already waiting by the car.
The guards had clear features of Country F, "Miss Cecilia Branford, please."
Sophie bent down, got into the car, gave the address, and the guards took her to Fluffy Zane’s manor.
Fluffy Zane had just returned ho not long ago, and Sophie arrived shortly after.
Seeing Sophie, she seed to see a savior, quickly walked up, grabbed her arm, and anxiously said, "Fennie, please calm Gaby..."
The main hall was a ss, with screams constantly echoing.
