The Duchess naturally agreed, and early in the morning the butler was ordered to have the kitchen prepare soup and bland liquid foods to be delivered.
The Duchess personally fed Lucifer the soup, happily sighing, "Cecilia Branford woke up from the car accident, and my Lucifer is finally healthy. I’m truly grateful to God."
Speaking of the imposter, Lucifer couldn’t help but think of Cecilia Branford.
He glanced at Leo beside him, but with Duke Charles and the Duchess present, he did not ask.
After drinking the soup and eating so liquid food, Lucifer fell asleep.
Leo stepped forward, encouraging Duke Charles and the Duchess, "Your Highness, you and Madam should go get so rest. His Highness Lucifer will be watched over by and the nurse here."
Once Duke Charles and the Duchess left the Royal Hospital, Leo finally relaxed.

Luckily, Derek was quick-witted and said you were attending a palace banquet and couldn’t answer. Miss Cecilia Branford was sowhat suspicious but didn’t investigate further. Do you think you should call Miss Cecilia Branford back now?"
Leo handed him his mobile phone, as nearly two days and two nights had passed. He worried that the longer it took, the more likely the flimsy excuse would be exposed.
Lucifer took the mobile phone but didn’t hurry to call Sophie Sullivan. Instead, he stared at a certain spot, deep in thought.
The news of the imposter and Liam Donald deciding to move the wedding forward has likely spread throughout the Country these days.
Thomas Shannon must have already found out, but what about Cecilia Branford?

Thinking of this, Lucifer didn’t call Sophie Sullivan instantly but called Thomas Shannon instead.

Receiving his call, Thomas Shannon wasn’t surprised, nor curious about how he got his number.
Such a cocky tone!
Lucifer slightly hooked the corner of his mouth, not intending to beat around the bush, "You should be aware of the news from Country F."
"Lucifer, you called just to ask if I was aware of the news from Country F. I think you can hang up now."
Lucifer snorted, "Cecilia Branford’s fiancé is about to marry the imposter, aren’t you anxious?"
"Why should I be anxious?" Thomas Shannon laughed, pleased beyond asure.
Why rush?
He couldn’t be happier that the imposter would soon marry Sophie Sullivan’s fiancé, sealing Sophie Sullivan’s fate permanently.
Thomas Shannon paused, his long eyes slightly narrowing, "Lucifer, from your tone it doesn’t seem like you’re in a hurry. What’s your strategy?"
"What do you think?"
The unspoken understanding between them.
He understood why Thomas Shannon wasn’t anxious; he didn’t want Sophie Sullivan marrying another man, even if that man was her fiancé.
But what about Lucifer?
A childhood sweetheart of over 20 years, yet he wasn’t anxious for her either.
Lucifer chuckled lightly, feeling quite pleased, "In that case, it’s best not to let Cecilia Branford know about this news. I believe you can manage that."
"Lucifer, why go to such lengths?"
