Unfazed, Sophie Sullivan pinched a grape and elegantly bit it. "Didn’t you ask to co down all dressed up just so you could vent your anger?"
"Miss Shaw fell. Am I to bla?"
"If you’re distressed about her, then go find her. I think Miss Shaw looks soft and gentle. Her delicate and seemingly weak deanor must be a good match for you."
Veins throbbed at Thomas Shannon’s temples, his thin lips pressed into a tight line, and a layer of frosty gloom covered his handso face. "Shut up!"

Alia Shaw sat alone on a corridor bench.
She watched Edward Benson hang up the phone and walk toward her. From his expression, she could already guess Thomas Shannon’s attitude.
She smiled bitterly and comforted herself, It’s okay... I can wait. I can wait until Thomas realizes his true feelings.
