Standing beside her, Qi Zeyan couldn’t shake the feeling that sothing was gnawing inside him, making him restless.

“What about it?” Ruan ngxi looked innocent, as if nothing had happened that day.

“It was actually Auntie who was helping you; I was just assisting her. I would’ve helped anyone in that situation.”

Strutting in her high heels, she tossed her hair, completely indifferent.

“Is there sothing going on?” Seeing it was a call from the front desk, Ruan ngxi thought it might be one of the clubs or racing teams waiting to et her.
“Young Master Qi is here.”
“Huh?”
“He’s the club’s second-largest shareholder; he seems to be here for an inspection.”
“Ah?”
Ruan ngxi was dumbfounded, wondering what on earth Qi Zeyan was up to.
Like Tang Wan questioned her earlier, she wasn’t completely oblivious; Qi Zeyan had indeed been acting differently towards her. However, regardless of that, he had rejected her before, and now him coming around was unsettling for her.
