Tang Wan was comforting her child at ho when her phone vibrated, and it was Jiang Jinsang who reminded her.
It was so of her classmates, seemingly wanting to invite her to dinner or perhaps visit her at ho.
"Sorry, I’m just out of my confinent period, work is especially busy, I probably won’t have ti to et you guys. How about I treat you to dinner when I return to Pingjiang?"
Tang Wan politely declined, and the few of them didn’t have much to say, they chatted briefly and hung up the phone.
"Don’t want to see them?" Jiang Jinsang looked at her.
"We weren’t exactly close to begin with. I rember they attended the full-month banquet, and if they have any happy events in the future, I’ll definitely reciprocate the gesture. As for other things, let’s forget about it."
Nobody’s foolish. Tang Wan knew that having this al would likely lead to them asking her for favors, but she just runs a small studio, can’t really help them with anything, it’s mostly because of the Jiang Family’s connections in Beijing.
We’re all adults in society, sotis you can guess what people think, having a few close friends is enough, and so people aren’t necessary to have deep connections with.
"Traveling such a long way to see you, rejecting them like this, surely they’ll gossip about you in private."
"I can’t control that. Right now, I just hope our Xiaowai grows up quickly." Tang Wan said as she kissed the little guy’s face twice.
The little tree of Xiaowai’s neck seed to be in a good mood.
And Jiang Jinsang then said, "I also hope he grows up quickly, so he doesn’t need to sleep in our room anymore."

While Tang Wan’s body isn’t quite ready for anything too intimate, but now she is out of confinent, the couple lying together inevitably is a bit more cuddly, but as long as Jiang Jinsang turns his head, he sees his son lying next to them, even if he was feeling rather enthusiastic, he’d lose it instantly.
"By the way, what’s going on with Fourth Brother?" Tang Wan, although busy with her son, wasn’t oblivious.

Before Tang Wan could finish, the little tree of Xiaowai’s neck suddenly twisted for so reason and began to cry, causing Tang Wan to lose her train of thought and forget to bring up this topic again.

Jiang Chengsi on his end, the two probably didn’t know what to eat, thus went to a nearby chain hotpot restaurant.
Just walking in, there was a rich spicy aroma, the soup base was boiling, steam rising, creating a layer of mist on the windows.
"Two guests?" The waiter glanced at the two, mainly because it was rare to see soone co to eat in a racing suit, and with Jiang Chengsi’s face, it attracted quite a bit of attention upon entering.
"Yes, give us a private room."
"Follow upstairs, please."
Once they entered the private room, it instantly beca quiet. It’s a four-person private room, originally, the two were sitting across from each other, separated by a copper pot in the middle. The waiter handed over the nu for them to mark.
"You go ahead." Jiang Chengsi handed the nu over; a bit of gentlemanly deanor was necessary.
"You start." She responded politely.
Jiang Chengsi arched his brow, glancing at her, "Co over here."
What did he an? She leaned a bit forward, thinking he would do sothing.
"Sit over here." Jiang Chengsi pointed to the spot beside him, "Sit closer, we can order it together."
She pressed her lips together and sat next to him. She took charge of marking the nu, and once the waiter served hot tea, they left the room. Jiang Chengsi sipped his tea, watching her as she marked the nu.
Things they both liked to eat were fairly similar.
This "Miss Xiao" marked a few dishes and noticed he hadn’t spoken up, so she turned to look at him.
Perhaps she hadn’t expected the two of them to be this close, he was drinking tea, his breath infused with the heat of the tea spreading all around, his other hand tugged the collar of his shirt, his ssy hair, unkempt, lazy, and just looked at her like that.
"What is it?" Jiang Chengsi looked at her, "Keep going."
"Alright." She lowered her head.
"Add a serving of lamb roll, it seems to be a signature dish, should be pretty good."
He was so close that when he spoke, she felt a kind of heat dispersing around her ears.
Her ears couldn’t help but turn red-hot.
The two ordered a yin-yang hotpot, the store was already warm enough, along with the hotpot’s heat, it quickly made one feel flushed and sweaty.
Jiang Chengsi had long taken off his outer racing suit, underneath he was wearing a rather thin casual shirt, exuding a sense of laziness all over.
Out of the corner of his eye, he watched the person beside him, she was taking off her scarf, her coat, underneath she was wearing a light pink sweater, fuzzy, her face was flushed red from the heat, gentle and beautiful.
