Fat Maid finally understood what was going on after listening to this. Nan Feng was right. The treats and snacks from Lady Jiang were just a scheme to trap Nan Feng.

Eventually, the staff from the Business Association had to separate Fat Maid and Jiang Fengzhen. Jiang Fengzhen was an utter mess, her hair scattered, pletely mortified. While Fat Maid continued to curse, “Why are you holding me back? She deserves a beating for trying to harm others. That’s the rule everywhere!”
Nan Feng smirked coolly, turning to Wang Ju, “What’s the next move? Still want to punish me? Now that the witness has recanted, how will you proceed?”
Upon making eye contact, Jiang Fengzhen gestured towards another administrator in the Business Association. The person immediately produced a record book and approached Nan Feng, “The lady’s statement has been recorded, and is ready for review.”
Seeing this, Fat Maid quickly snatched the record book, tearing it to pieces within seconds.
Looking at Fat Maid with outrage, the official asked in disbelief, “What the hell? You did record my word, didn’t you? What’s wrong with tearing it up?”
“Uh…” The stunned official could only look at Fat Maid, taken aback by her crudeness and turning to Wang Ju for help.

Nan Feng looked at Fat Maid, but instead of forting her, she mocked her, “Yeah, you and your pig brain! Just because you’re greedy, you would eat anything that anyone gives you!”
“Well, I initially thought Lady Jiang was a good person,” Fat Maid said. Having lived in the countryside her entire life, she typically associated friendly people with goodness and anyone with a menacing demeanor as evil.
