The two of them got out of the car and walked into the restaurant together.

“Then let’s have so alcohol, it feels inappropriate to discuss business without drinks.” Wang Jingman said with a smile.
“Alright, that works.”
Chen Yang agreed right away.
“Then bring us two bottles of the best wine you have, plus a set of drinkware.” Wang Jingman told the waiter.

The waiter bowed and left the private room.
“Jingman, you picked a good spot, this place must cater to business folks.” After the waiter left, Chen Yang looked at the facilities in the room and said.
Wang Jingman nodded: “Yes, this restaurant is actually well-known in the investnt circle, but for business deals or ordinary folks, it’s not widely recognized.”
“No wonder I hadn’t heard of it, so that’s the story.” Chen Yang said smiling.
Wang Jingman also smiled and didn’t change the subject but opened her bag again to hand Chen Yang the hotel proposal docunt.

“The land use and investnt for the hotel are not an issue.”
Chen Yang comnted: “However, the hotel seems to be quite high-level.”
“With such a large investnt and scale, you’re planning to apply for a five-star rating, aren’t you?”
Chen Yang looked at Wang Jingman.
Wang Jingman didn’t hide anything and nodded: “Yes, this is also sothing I wanted to discuss with you today; we’re indeed planning to apply for five stars.”
Seeing that this was actually the case, Chen Yang hesitated for a mont.
Because Li Han was already planning to open a five-star hotel, if he agreed to let Wang Jingman establish another one, it wouldn’t be appropriate.

Facing such a sudden change, she needed to consult her father.
“Yes, you should call Uncle now; cooperation matters are serious, and clear communication is essential.” Chen Yang agreed, understanding her situation.
Their relationship was quite good; Wang Jingman didn’t make an effort to avoid Chen Yang while making the call. She took out her phone in the private room and dialed the number.
Then, right in front of Chen Yang, she communicated Chen Yang’s intention to her father.
Her father understood Chen Yang’s point and didn’t say much, but agreed.
“Mid-range business is fine, you can discuss with Divine Doctor Chen whether he can provide more land and build more hotels.”

Then the phone call ended with so beeping sounds.

He completely understood their intentions.

“I understand, my main purpose of talking to you now is to discuss the profit sharing from the hotels’ subsequent profits and other related matters.” Wang Jingman maintained a smiling face throughout, showing great amicability.
The atmosphere between Chen Yang and her during the negotiation was very relaxed, feeling more like a discussion between friends rather than a business exchange.
Having reached a basic agreent on the topic, they were about to discuss so details of the cooperation.
This was the ultimate goal of their eting today.
Just as Chen Yang was about to speak and discuss the details with Wang Jingman, coincidentally the waiter began serving the dishes.
“How about we eat first? We can talk more afterward.”
Wang Jingman suggested with a smile.
Chen Yang was genuinely hungry, as it was almost eight in the evening, so he didn’t refuse.

Chen Yang said.
