Lingling nodded and proactively held Jiang Miaoyan’s hand to head to the ward.
Today marked the end of Lingling’s first treatnt course, so Jiang Miaoyan brought her for a follow-up check.
If it turned out she had fully recovered, there would be nothing more needed, and Lingling could live a normal life.
If not fully recovered, Chen Yang would need to prescribe more dicine for a second course of treatnt.
Lingling, being obedient, lay down on the hospital bed in the ward.
Chen Yang brought a stethoscope and so examination tools and followed inside.
Once inside, he conducted a thorough examination on Lingling.
After the check-up, he gave her a small pill.
“This pill is good for your body and also tests your body’s condition. Let Lingling rest for ten minutes. If there are no anomalies, Lingling is fully recovered.” Chen Yang told Jiang Miaoyan.
Jiang Miaoyan was overjoyed to hear this.

“Miaoyan, I heard from Li Han yesterday that you applied for a day off today. Are you planning to take Lingling out to have fun?” Chen Yang asked curiously after recalling what Li Han ntioned last night at the village office.
Jiang Miaoyan had been working very hard lately.
Although her monthly leave was stipulated, she hardly took breaks.
Hearing about her break, Chen Yang sensed sothing was up.

“Really? That’s great! Does that an I can go to school and play with everyone else now?” Hearing she was cured, Lingling sat up excitedly.
Tears unknowingly welled up in Jiang Miaoyan’s eyes.
Though she had already been excited once before.
Yet upon hearing she was completely cured, she couldn’t help but tear up.
The years of grievances also overwheld her heart uncontrollably.
“Lingling, you can go to school. Soon, sister will find a school for you to play with little friends.” Jiang Miaoyan wiped her tears and approached Lingling lovingly.
Lingling, who was just excited, felt her mood drop upon seeing Jiang Miaoyan cry.
“Sister, don’t cry. Lingling is cured, it’s good news. Lingling won’t be a burden to you anymore.” Lingling, being considerate, extended her hand to wipe Jiang Miaoyan’s tears.
What she said was truly heartwarming.
