You don’t seem happy to see and my sister,” Yang Ruoxi said with a pout.
Chen Yang forced a smile and said, “Not at all.
If I wouldn’t welco the two of you, who would I welco?”

Let’s have a look at the design plans, Mr.
Contractor.”
Chen Yang said with a joking smile as they all entered the clinic and found a table to spread out the design plans.
These weren’t construction blueprints, so they were fairly simple and easy to understand at a glance what the designs depicted.
The designs were for a rectangular building of over ten floors, including an elevator.
The first floor was designed as a restaurant, without any segnted rooms or the like.
From the second to the fifth floor, all were designed as employee dormitories, with four people to a room and private bathrooms, which were quite nice conditions.
Most importantly, the building’s exterior was also designed to be very aesthetically pleasing.
Chen Yang knew it was acceptable at first glance.
“The Li Family construction team really lives up to its reputation as the best in the county.
Just one look at these design plans and you know they’re good,” Chen Yang praised.

The site wasn’t far from Chen Yang’s ho.
It was just a short walk away.
Li Han was well aware of the area, but the construction crew didn’t know much about it, so the primary purpose of this trip was to let the construction crew get a sense of the place.
When they reached the site, the construction crew imdiately started their surveying work.
All sorts of surveying equipnt were put to use, and it took over an hour to finish the task.
“Boss Li, we’ve thoroughly investigated all the data on-site and there are no issues; we can start with the construction,” the construction team leader reported to Li Han after finishing the survey.

The construction team leader nodded and left with his crew.
After seeing off the construction team, Chen Yang and the three won returned to the clinic.

Chen Yang, sensing Yang Ruoxi’s gaze, couldn’t help but feel a mix of crying and laughter.
Normally, Chen Yang would never lend to just anyone.

She drew a sharp breath, quickly dragged Li Han and Wu Kexin inside the house, and dared not stay in the backyard anymore.
