“Han’er, when are we leaving for the provincial city?” Chen Yang asked directly.

Chen Yang thought for a mont, “Then let’s go tonight, I’ll co to your hotel to find you this afternoon.”

“I’ll be away for several days this ti, and Kexin isn’t at ho either. I need to make good arrangents for things here.”
Chen Yang first turned and went to the backyard, giving a batch of body-strengthening pills to both Wangcai and the Eagle Brother for the next few days.

“Mhm, go ahead, make so big business deals, don’t worry about the house.” Wang Hong said with a smile, thinking Chen Yang was going on a business trip.
Chen Yang didn’t explain much, just nodded and turned to leave.
After leaving Wang Hong’s, Chen Yang headed to Niu Ming’s house at the village entrance.
He talked about the restaurant with Niu Ming.
Initially, Niu Ming planned to open the next day, as he had already taken care of necessary tasks in the past couple of days.
As one of the bosses, Chen Yang naturally had to attend the opening.
But since he had to go to the provincial city, he wouldn’t be able to make it, so he talked to Niu Ming about it.
Upon knowing Chen Yang had urgent matters to attend to, Niu Ming didn’t try to keep him but assured him he’d manage the restaurant well and handle the opening.
“Yang Zi, go worry-free; I can manage the restaurant well, and business will be thriving when you return.” Niu Ming said confidently.
Chen Yang chuckled, “Thanks for handling it.”
“No problem, it’s just part of my job.” Niu Ming waved his hand dismissively.
“Mhm, then I’ll be leaving. If anything cos up, just call .”
After chatting a bit with Niu Ming, Chen Yang left.
Back ho, Chen Yang took a quick shower, changed into clean, decent clothes, and drove out of Liuhua Village.
As for the Gu Family, Chen Yang didn’t have much fondness.

Chen Yang acknowledged, listening as Annie hung up.
After she hung up, Chen Yang put down his phone, stood up, and walked towards the office’s floor-to-ceiling window to look over the county town’s scenery.
This trip to the provincial city would be filled with danger.
But for Annie, he had no other choice.
Burdened with thoughts, Chen Yang felt sowhat low-spirited, staring intently at the tall buildings and passing cars outside the window.
He didn’t know how long he stood there,
until Yang Ruoxi opened the office door, pulling him back from his distracted state.
“Chen Yang, you’re in a good mood, enjoying the view.” Yang Ruoxi walked in with a smile.
Chen Yang smiled, “Nothing to do, so just enjoying the scenery. What else could I do?”
Yang Ruoxi entered, naturally plopped herself onto the sofa, put down her shoulder bag, and asked, “Where’s my sister?”
“Your sister is busy arranging things at the hotel. We can only leave once she’s done.” Chen Yang said, sitting near Yang Ruoxi.
Yang Ruoxi had hurried here, thinking they could leave imdiately.
Hearing Chen Yang’s explanation, she didn’t say much, just acknowledged and began chatting with him on the sofa.
Yang Ruoxi knew about the provincial city matters, and she was constantly worried about Chen Yang.
