Master Yuanhe came quickly and left quickly.
By the time Li Chongjin hurried back from the Capital Garrison, Master Yuanhe had just left.

"Hmm, you’re right," Li Chongjin felt fairly content. After the guard acpanying him had cleared away the dishes and served tea, he took a full sip.

Su Yun shook his head, "Master said it’s an emotional ordeal, entirely depends on the individual. There’s no telling when they’ll e to their senses. But my master seems optimistic, otherwise he wouldn’t have e and left so quickly."
"What do you mean?" Li Chongjin was slightly unsurprised by the mention of an emotional ordeal, having seen the two interact personally and knowing more than the people in the capital.
Whether back in the village or later in the capital, their relationship remained strong and unwavering.

Master’s original intention was for the mon people.
His original intention was to stand at the pinnacle of power, making things difficult for the wicked. Hence, his original intention focused on the latter, not the former.
Was Master’s reminder a caution against getting gradually blinded by the former?
Reflecting on recent endeavors, even targeting the Qi family, certainly affected some innocent people as well.
