Yu Lan puffed out her chest confidently. "Absolutely."
Zhao Rong’s imagination ran wild. "So what kind of position would keep the car from moving?"
Yu Lan smiled. "A vertical drop."

Xuelian also cried out in alarm, "How could we be so unlucky? If we run into the Black Mountain Old Demon, we’re all dead."
Seeing the three won scared out of their wits, Zhao Rong sat up. "Ladies, don’t be afraid. I’ll go out right now and drive off that Black Mountain Old Demon."
As he spoke, Lili suddenly noticed his state. "Zhao Rong, why are you naked?" she gasped.
Xuelian also exclaid in surprise, "Zhao Rong, why did you take your clothes off?"
Hearing them, Zhao Rong realized that in his haste, he had forgotten to get dressed. Embarrassed, he scrambled for his clothes while making an excuse. "Sorry, ladies. I like to sleep in the nude."
"Shaless," Lili shot him a glare.
Xuelian, however, glanced at the woman beside him. "Yu Lan, you didn’t take advantage of Zhao Rong, did you?"
Just then, the Black Mountain Old Demon reached the car. Before anyone could react, it swatted the roof off with a single blow, exposing all of them to its gaze. Seeing the demon right in front of them, Lili imdiately dropped flat. "Zhao Rong, get down, quick! And hold your breath! The Black Mountain Old Demon is blind. As long as it can’t sll our breath, it won’t be able to find us."
Before she even finished, Yu Lan and Xuelian were already lying down. Seeing the three won on the floor, Zhao Rong followed suit and held his breath.
After tearing off the roof, the Black Mountain Old Demon leaned down, bringing its face close to their nostrils to sniff for any sign of breath. Miss Lili held her breath perfectly, and the demon didn’t detect her. Next, it sniffed Yu Lan and Xuelian, but it couldn’t detect them either.

Discovering Zhao Rong and enraged at being sprayed with foul spit, the demon roared, "Damn it! I’ve been sniffing humans for years, but this is the first ti I’ve ever slled breath this rotten! It’s disgusting!"
It turned out Zhao Rong had added a lot of minced garlic to his dipping sauce during hotpot earlier, so his breath reeked of putrid garlic.
Realizing he’d been discovered, Zhao Rong perford a kip-up and vaulted out of the car. "Black Mountain Old Demon, we have no quarrel! With that, it lunged at Zhao Rong, intent on ripping him to shreds before slowly devouring him.
Facing the charging Black Mountain Old Demon, Zhao Rong wasn’t afraid at all. He had, after all, chanced upon a can of pepper spray in the car earlier.
