The next day, Principal Wang Guihua convened an assembly for all students and faculty of the Won's University. She had called this school-wide assembly for a single purpose: to announce that the new principal would be Zhao Rong.
It was a cloudless day under a blazing sun. On the stage sat Principal Wang Guihua, several vice-principals, professors, departnt heads, and other relevant leaders. Below, the field was densely packed with students. Due to the university's peculiar regulations, every student appeared to be a girl, without exception. As everyone cheered, Zhao Rong, dressed in doctoral robes, walked over from the side of the stage. He approached Principal Wang Guihua, gave her a deep bow, and said gratefully, "Thank you, Principal Wang Guihua, for appointing as the new principal." She encouraged him in return, "Do a good job. I believe in you. Principal Zhao, under your leadership, I am certain our university will flourish." With that, the two embraced.
After Principal Wang Guihua handed him the microphone, Zhao Rong cleared his throat and addressed the students. "Now that I am the principal of this university, my word is law." Hearing this, the students guessed he was laying the groundwork for sothing big. Sure enough, Zhao Rong continued, "Therefore, I will now establish three basic rules with you all."
Hearing about "three rules," a girl eating a banana asked curiously, "Is the new principal going to abolish so of the university's ridiculous regulations?" A girl with a lollipop countered, "These rules have been in place for many years. How could he just get rid of them?" Another girl with notably sensual lips asserted confidently, "Our rules might be bizarre, but they're our tradition. I don't believe this new principal, Zhao Rong, has the guts, power, or courage to change them."
But before she could even finish her sentence, Zhao Rong announced from the stage, "Since I, Zhao Rong, am now the principal, I declare that effective imdiately, any and all university regulations that you find absurd are hereby abolished!"
When the students heard their new principal imdiately abolish all the bizarre regulations, they were stunned for a mont, which was followed by a thunderous burst of applause. Once the applause died down, the students who had been in drag imdiately tore off their won's clothing, tossed aside their wigs, wiped off their heavy makeup, kicked off their high heels, and stripped off their stockings. In an instant, the field, which had seed to be filled entirely with won, was suddenly half-full of male students. The n who had shed their female attire began to weep with joyous relief.
One male student, who had been dressing as a woman for three years, thanked him emotionally. "Principal Zhao Rong, you're our great savior! If you hadn't abolished that ridiculous rule, we would have had to keep this up indefinitely. No one knows the agony of a man being forced to live as a woman..." Feeling reborn after removing his wig and makeup, another male student knelt on the ground. "Brother Zhao Rong, you're not just our principal, you're a big brother to all of us! You've ended a bizarre rule that this university has enforced for over twenty years, allowing us n to finally study here as our true selves!" A third student who had disguised himself just to get into the university thanked him through tears, "Principal Zhao Rong, you're truly incredible! As the students' excitent peaked, Zhao Rong continued his announcent. "I said earlier that I would establish three rules with you. Abolishing all the university's absurd regulations was the first. Now, for the second and third rules..."
Hearing this, the students began to whisper among themselves again. A student known for being a dorm boss said dismissively, "What, is he going to impose more rules and regulations on us now?" A male student who had lorded over others as a boss in the girls' dorms glared at Zhao Rong and muttered, "No way. Is he actually going to co after those of us who run the dorms?"
Before the handful of dorm bosses in the crowd could finish their thought, Zhao Rong announced his second rule. "I now declare that any student who has ever acted as a boss or tyrant in the dormitories is hereby expelled." As he spoke, he brought up surveillance footage from all the girls' dormitories. When the other students heard this new rule, they erupted in cheers and applause, raising their hands high in approval. "With Principal Zhao's new rule, we don't have to be afraid of the school bullies anymore!" one student shouted.
A student who had once been tornted by these dorm bosses couldn't help but cry out, "With Zhao Rong as our principal, not only will I never be bullied again, but our university's competitive edge is sure to grow every day!" Another student, who had been extorted by them in the past, added emotionally, "Only with a principal as capable as Principal Zhao can our university beco a place where everyone can study in peace, without any worries!"
Hearing the roar of appreciation from the students below, Zhao Rong imdiately announced his third rule. However, when he finished speaking, every student on the field was stunned into silence. It wasn't just the students; even the teachers and leaders seated on the stage were shocked speechless. They couldn't believe the new principal would have the audacity to completely shatter the university's traditions and blaze an entirely new trail. Even forr Principal Wang Guihua walked over to him and tried to reason with him. "Zhao Rong, everyone can accept your first two rules. But this third one... aren't you asking a bit too much?"
