When the assistant saw the monster fish open its great maw to reveal teeth as sharp as saw blades, he imdiately hid behind Zhao Rong, peeing his pants in terror.
"Big Brother Zhao Rong, what should we do?" he stamred. "We can’t fight properly in the water... If that monster fish swims over and bites us with those sharp teeth, we’ll be torn to shreds and killed in this lake..."
Seeing the assistant’s fear, Zhao Rong imdiately shielded him with his body. He faced the ferocious monster fish and declared righteously, "Hey, monster fish! If you think you’re so tough, co on over and kill us!"
The assistant had expected Zhao Rong to protect him. But when he heard Zhao Rong actually invite the monster fish to co and kill them, he cried out, "Big Brother Zhao Rong, I thought you were going to protect ! I thought you would fight the monster fish, maybe even kill it! I never expected you to just give up the fight... and tell it to co kill you!"
Zhao Rong didn’t answer his question, instead waiting for the monster fish to charge.
When the monster fish heard Zhao Rong tell it to co over and kill him, it laughed heartily, baring its sharp teeth. "Humans. Foolish, greedy humans. Since you seek death, I will grant your wish. Behold my teeth!"
With that, the monster fish opened its saw-like jaws and lunged. When the assistant saw the fish attacking and Zhao Rong making no move to react, he fell into despair.
He closed his eyes, thinking, Even if Zhao Rong wanted to fight back, he doesn’t have a weapon. What can we possibly do? It looks like today is the day we die...
anwhile, the monster fish thought to itself, Humans. You two are completely unard. I’ll do you the favor of biting you to death and tearing you apart right now...
Smirking to itself, the monster fish snapped its jaws shut.
But just as the monster thought it could bite off both of their heads in a single go, Zhao Rong seized the opportunity. In a flash, he whipped the steel oxygen tank off his back and shoved it straight into the monster fish’s mouth.
The monster bit down, but not on their heads. Instead, its teeth clamped onto the steel oxygen tank.
CRACK!
Every single one of the monster fish’s sharp teeth shattered.
A mont ago, the fish had been so imposing with its fearso teeth. Now, Zhao Rong watched as it bled profusely from the mouth, writhing in pain as it searched for its shattered teeth. He laughed and said, "Hey, monster fish. Weren’t you going to take advantage of us being unard and bite us to death? Why so timid all of a sudden?"
Realizing Zhao Rong had thrown a steel oxygen tank into its mouth, the monster fish wailed in agony, "Damn it! Just my luck! I only saw that you had no weapons in your hands... I didn’t see you were carrying a steel oxygen tank on your backs! Just my luck..."
When the assistant saw Zhao Rong’s stroke of genius—using the oxygen tank from his back as a weapon—he said excitedly, "Big Brother Zhao Rong, I can’t believe how resourceful you are! You used what we had on hand and turned it into a weapon! And a pretty good one, at that! You really made that monster fish pay the price. Look, it doesn’t have a single sharp tooth left! And it looks so pathetic, writhing in pain... it’s completely humiliated!"
With that, the assistant burst out laughing.
However, just as he was laughing, the monster fish snorted coldly. It glared at Zhao Rong and said, "Humans, you may have used that oxygen tank to break my teeth... but in doing so, you’ve lost your source of air. You’ve lost your ans to breathe. Now, I’m going to block your path and watch you suffocate to death in this water!"
The monster fish let out another loud laugh, its eyes wide as it waited to watch Zhao Rong die.
But to the monster’s surprise, Zhao Rong simply walked over to his assistant, snapped his fingers, and said with a smile, "Assistant, since my oxygen tank is gone, let’s just share one."
Hearing this, the assistant imdiately handed his oxygen mask to Zhao Rong. "Big Brother Zhao Rong, one tank is more than enough for both of us," he said. "Breathe as much as you need, it’s fine!"
And so, the two of them began sharing the single oxygen mask, taking turns to breathe.
When the monster fish saw that Zhao Rong could still breathe and survive by sharing his assistant’s tank, it sputtered with rage. "Damn it! I’m so smart, so cunning! My EQ and IQ are both exceptionally high! But I completely forgot one oxygen tank can be used by two people! Just my rotten luck..."
Before the monster fish could finish speaking, Zhao Rong snatched the remaining oxygen tank off the assistant’s back. He swung it hard at the fish’s head, shouting, "You dumbass! You call yourself high IQ? I’ll smash your head in with this oxygen tank!"
The fish, caught completely off guard, was struck so hard it was half-dead. It mumbled disorientedly, "Damn it... I never thought you’d dare to gamble with your last oxygen tank and use it as a weapon to hit ..."
After smashing the monster fish with the tank, Zhao Rong and his assistant imdiately began swimming for the shore with all their might.
The monster fish, which had been blocking their path, drifted aimlessly in the water for a mont before its belly turned up and it floated to the surface.
When Zhao Rong and the assistant reached the shore and climbed out, they both took long, deep gulps of air, finally relieving the suffocating pressure they had felt in the lake.
The assistant greedily breathed in the oxygen, saying with imnse satisfaction, "Big Brother Zhao Rong, smashing that monster’s head with my oxygen tank was aweso! That was so satisfying to watch!"
Zhao Rong was still catching his breath, his chest heaving. "Now," he said, "I’m going to take out my phone, open the Paradise Shopping Cart app, and buy a weapon that can kill monsters and be used for underwater combat."
Hearing this, the assistant offered a suggestion. "Big Brother Zhao Rong, I think you should just buy an AK-47 rifle. That Russian rifle has a strong kick, but its power is incredible. A quick burst of fire will be more than enough to finish off that monster fish for good."
