Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh!
At that mont, an extrely shocking scene appeared in the void, as one saw flying swords appear like shooting stars. Atop these flying swords stood figures with extraordinary auras.
Everyone present was stunned by this spectacle, and many eyes revealed looks of envy.
And within the Hidden Sects, only the Sword Sect could fly with swords; these individuals were indeed Sword Sect disciples.
The leader, adorned in a long robe with sword-like eyebrows slantingly pointing to his temples, emitted no aura, hands clasped behind his back, slowly stepped down from the void, it was none other than Feng Jue, the Sect Master of the Sword Sect.
The multitude of Sword Sect disciples behind him landed on their swords, all of them incredibly suave, especially one of the youths who was handso and imposing with brows like drawn swords and eyes like stars, radiating an oppressive sword aura, like a drawn sharp blade.
He evoked a kind of fearfulness in people, his eyes exuded a thick arrogance; he was Feng Shaoqing, Feng Jue’s son.
"Welco, Sect Master Feng!"
Seeing Feng Jue, Zhang Tianheng stepped forward quickly, smiling as he spoke.
"Hm," Feng Jue nodded, walked straight past, and didn’t say a word, leaving Zhang Tianheng sowhat embarrassed, but he did not say anything.
"So many people indeed!"
Just then, a deep voice suddenly spread across the square. Despite thousands on the square, this voice clearly reached everyone’s ears.
Following that, the crowd saw a group of people slowly approaching. The leader was a remarkably handso man, dressed in a white robe exuding an approachable aura, a gentle expression on his face, and an air of transcendence about him.
"Who is that?"
Ye Luo, from a distance, looking at this person, couldn’t help but ask Feng Dao at his side.
"Don’t you know?"
Feng Dao shook his head.
"He’s Chu Mu, the Human Emperor of the Tri-Emperor Sect, from the twelve leading super-superior powers!"
Elder Shi chid in to explain.
"The Tri-Emperor Sect? Human Emperor?"
Hearing this na, Ye Luo imdiately thought of the young master of the Murong Family, Murong Yu, whom he had killed. Murong Yu was a disciple of the Tri-Emperor Sect, and it was said that he was to be taken as a disciple by the Human Emperor, but ultimately he died by his hand. Ye Luo wondered if this Human Emperor would delve into it.
At this mont, Ye Luo realized that there were quite a few powers present at this Ranking Tournant with grudges against him, and they were all incredibly powerful. It was possible that his life might end here.
"Elder Shi, aren’t the Dragon Pavilion also among these twelve super-superior powers? Why haven’t they arrived?"
Ye Luo asked again.
"The Dragon Pavilion has always been very mysterious. They seldom appear unless Huaxia is in crisis, acting like a guardian deity of sorts. They rarely participated in previous Ranking Tournants; it seems unlikely they would co this ti either."
Elder Shi stated indifferently.
"They’ve actually co?"
No sooner had Elder Shi finished speaking, his gaze narrowed, and a look of surprise flashed in his eyes.
A massive black hawk suddenly appeared above Mount Tai, shocking everyone present.
Then, a figure leapt down from the hawk first; it was a youth wearing a black robe, sporting short hair, and bearing a countenance of cold sternness.
He emitted an intangible aura, his eyes plain but exuding a pressure.
"Spirit Sea Realm Fifth Level!"
Upon seeing the youth, Ye Luo swept a glance with his Clairvoyant Eye, startled by the other’s strength, totally unexpected that this youth had reached the Fifth Level of the Spirit Sea Realm.
This strength could be said to be amongst the top in the generation present, with hardly a few capable of being ntioned in the sa breath.
After the youth leaped down from the black sculpture, another figure stepped off it and descended through the air.
This was a middle-aged man with a resolute face and bright, spirited eyes, dressed in a simple long robe, and feeling no aura about him, as if he was an ordinary person. Yet, he carried an invisible domineering pressure, just like an emperor who ruled over the world.
As the man landed, the black sculpture let out a fierce roar, charging straight into the clouds.
"Dragon Pavilion Master Long Xiaotian!"
Elder Shi gazed upon the man and gravely announced.
"Dragon Pavilion Master?"
Hearing Elder Shi’s words, Ye Luo flashed a look of astonishnt, not expecting that having just ntioned the Dragon Pavilion, its Pavilion Master would appear.
No wonder he felt an aura unique to Ao Long emanating from the other party; it turned out to be the Pavilion Master of the Dragon Pavilion, whose cultivation technique was bestowed by Ao Long himself, naturally carrying the aura of the Dragon Clan. Others might not notice, but Ye Luo felt it due to the Dragon Soul of Ao Long that resided within his Spirit Sea.
Speaking of Ao Long, Ye Luo felt a bout of nostalgia for the Dragon King. Previously, in an effort to save Ye Luo, his Dragon Soul suffered excessive depletion, falling into a slumber from which it had yet to awaken. There was no telling when it might wake up.
At that mont, everyone present fixed their eyes on Long Xiaotian, the heads of the eleven super-first-rate powers also showing a flicker of surprise; obviously, they had not expected the Dragon Pavilion to make an appearance this ti either.
"Pavilion Master Long!"
Zhang Tianheng gazed at Long Xiaotian, slightly startled before reacting and hurriedly speaking out.
"You must be Mount Tai Sect’s Sect Master Zhang?"
Long Xiaotian addressed Zhang Tianheng.
"Yes, I am Zhang Tianheng. I did not expect the Dragon Pavilion Master to personally co this ti."
Zhang Tianheng responded with a smile.
"My Dragon Pavilion has not erged for a long ti, and it just so happens I intended to co out to watch. At the sa ti, my disciple Qian Huo also wanted to experience the prodigious disciples from other Sects; therefore, I brought him to participate in this Youth Ranking competition."
Long Xiaotian referred to the youth of Spirit Sea Realm Fifth Level standing beside him as he spoke indifferently.
"Pavilion Master Long, it’s been a long ti!"
At this mont, Pavilion Master Yi Tian of the Seven Stars Pavilion approached and greeted Long Xiaotian.
"Pavilion Master Yi Tian, it’s been a long ti. Your elegance has not diminished over the years!"
Long Xiaotian greeted Yi Tian with a smile.
"Not at all, not at all. This is your disciple, isn’t he? I’ve never t him before. He’s very strong; he is indeed worthy of being a disciple of yours, Pavilion Master Long!"
Yi Tian glanced at the youth Qian Huo and couldn’t help but say.
"Thank you for the praise, Pavilion Master Yi Tian. Well, let’s not delay any longer. We should prepare for the Youth Ranking competition. It seems to be my first ti attending; it’s an excellent opportunity to witness it."
Long Xiaotian spoke and then, under the guidance of Zhang Tianheng, made his way toward the seats at the front, while the leaders of the few great super-first-rate powers rose to greet him.
Everyone from the Hidden Sects and various powers on the plaza was abuzz discussing the Dragon Pavilion Master.
While those from the great super-first-rate powers intently watched Qian Huo, they might not be able to perceive his strength but could sharply sense that this disciple of the Dragon Pavilion Master was a formidable opponent.
"Alright, everyone, I now officially announce the rules of this edition of the Youth Ranking competition."
