Crack!
The defensive array finally began to crack like glass, inch by inch.
The Ximo people below finally showed expressions of fear.
They had not expected that, in such an environnt, these people would still have ti to attack the defensive array.
The Ximo people were not brainless; on the contrary, they were smarter than anyone else, otherwise, they wouldn’t have been able to easily break the seal.
They simply didn’t think much of the surrounding cultivators!
In their eyes, the people of the Sixth Region were savages, an uncivilized race.
No matter the level of cultivation, in their eyes, it was all the sa!
But now, they were scared. What about savages? Even demon beasts could eat people.
With a loud bang, the crowd’s attacks finally shattered the defensive array into pieces.
"What exactly are you trying to do? We are the Ximo people. You won’t even know how you died if you offend us!" one of the Ximo people said angrily.
Though terrified, they still had sothing to lean on!
Despite their weak abilities, they had no end of life-saving tricks up their sleeves.
"What are we doing? Naturally, we’re here to discuss a cooperation with you!" the Dragon King said coolly.
The Dragon Clan was famous for being cunning and suspicious. Although the Dragon King had a fiery temper, when it ca to tactics, other races were no match.
"Cooperation?" The Ximo leader sneered, "You’re just a bunch of savages; what right do you have to talk about cooperation with us?"
Hearing this, the surrounding cultivators were enraged.
What a joke, most of them were cultivators who had surpassed the Earth Martial Realm, yet they were being called savages?
"Heh heh, I know you guys are from the previous three regions, but so what? You have many life-saving thods, but we have numbers. A few hundred of us—do you think we couldn’t kill you? Right now, what’s most important is strength! Get it? Whoever has the bigger, stronger fist gets to speak," said the Dragon King, insidiously.
And sure enough, the Ximo people hesitated.
After all, their fighting ability was indeed a weakness!
Even though the Ximo people were naturally talented in formation and extrely intelligent, they had a peculiar trait!
They were lazy!
As a result, most of them focused on enjoynt, and there were hardly any powerful individuals among them.
"Hmph, despicable savages, so tell us how you want to cooperate!" The Ximo leader finally compromised.
"It’s simple, help us construct an array to block the Asura Qi!" the Dragon King said directly.
"Impossible, give up on that idea!" The Ximo person suddenly exclaid in horror.
What is Asura Qi? The Ximo people understood it best; it was a sinister thing from the previous three regions!
Indeed, a sinister thing!
Perhaps resisting the Asura Qi wasn’t difficult, but it would bring bad luck.
No one could explain clearly what this bad luck really was!
But bad luck could bring disaster, lead to death, even wipe out a race, or even an entire empire!
This was the elusive rule of fate! Throughout the Martial Realm, those who could contact such rules were few!
And each, without exception, was soone who wielded imnse power!
But this was, after all, the Sixth Region! Even the Cloud Crane Valley Master didn’t understand what this bad luck was!
Moreover, they didn’t understand all the stories about the Asura Qi!
The Dragon King thought these Ximo people were unwilling to cooperate and imdiately beca furious!
"You foolish creatures, it seems reasoning with you is useless; Valley Master, lend a hand!"
The Dragon King was really angry, and not just him; everyone else was downright anxious.
They were constantly resisting the Asura Qi while evading the attack of the robots and had to waste ti with these Ximo people!
They had long lost their patience.
So, the Dragon King and a few others from Cloud Crane Valley started to take action against the Ximo people.
"You barbaric savages, how dare you attack the Ximo race? You’ll face retribution!"
The Ximo people panicked imdiately.
They were nobility from the previous three regions; when had they ever been treated this way?
However, they did have plenty of life-saving thods on them.
They pulled out various protective items like magic tricks, and at tis, throwing out a talisman character would leave the Dragon King and others in a sorry state.
But still, these weren’t their true abilities! The items would eventually run out!
With a thud, the Dragon King slapped a Ximo person away, the leader of the Ximo people.
anwhile, the fighting stopped.
Now, the Ximo people had no defensive asures, and they could be slapped to death easily.
"So, do you agree to cooperate now?" The Dragon King looked at them coldly, a look of disdain on his face.
These Ximo people were naturally ashad and angry, but they weren’t fools.
"Fine, we agree, but we’ve used a lot of energy and need so ti to recover," said the Ximo leader.
"No way! The formation must be set up imdiately, or we’ll just kill you. With our abilities, it’s not like we can’t get out!" the Dragon King roared.
The Ximo people were imdiately frustrated; it was like a scholar encountering a soldier!
"Alright, I’ll tell you the materials needed; without the materials, we’re helpless!"
Then, he inford the Dragon King of the materials needed.
These were all major figures in the Sixth Region; the items within their Qiankun Rings were the accumulation of hundreds of years at least; what materials did they lack?
Materials weren’t bound by boundaries, after all.
Seeing the Dragon King quickly gather the materials, the Ximo people had no choice but to start the formation.
However, no one noticed in the corner; Ye Luo’s withered skin was already enveloped in a blood-red aura.
Surrounded entirely by Asura Qi, it resembled a cocoon.
Though Yu Shu and the others were puzzled, they didn’t understand what was happening to Ye Luo, and their attention was focused on the Cloud Crane Valley Master.
After all, if the formation was successfully built, their pressure would be significantly reduced.
The Ximo people truly lived up to their na!
Soon, the formation was established, and smiles appeared on everyone’s faces. At least the Asura Qi couldn’t harm them now.
But there was one issue! The formation was limited in scope and could only protect a limited number of people!
With hundreds in the arena, naturally, not everyone could enter the formation.
Gradually, the arena started to descend into chaos.
After all, no one wanted to die and everyone was desperately trying to get inside the formation.
