The plane from Capital City to Zhonghai humd with the sound of travelers, and among them, Ye Luo sat in his seat. This ti, rather than being seated next to a great beauty like Qin Yuru, he found himself beside a man who looked sowhat sleazy.
"Sir, may I ask what drink you would like?"
A crisp and pleasant voice rang in Ye Luo’s ear. With a glance, he spotted a beautiful flight attendant clad in uniform, pushing a cart and stopping beside him.
Her black hair fluttered with the plane’s draft, eyebrows arched like crescent moons. Her eyes sparkled like stars, as bright as the moon. Her delicate nose, cheeks blushing with light annoyance, and her small, cherry lips made up a face that reddened without the need for makeup, her skin as clear and tender as snow jade, soft as honey.
Her figure was graceful and slender, and her deep blue flight attendant uniform added an extra charm, compelling a second look. She was a stunning beauty with an extraordinary deanor.
At first sight, Ye Luo felt a tremor in his heart. Nine Yang Mystic Art started to operate automatically within him, and Nine Yang True Qi moved uncontrollably, as if drawn to sothing. His blood boiled involuntarily.
This alard Ye Luo, prompting him to take a few more glances at her as he hurriedly tried to control the True Qi surging within him.
Shangguan Xiner blushed slightly at the sight of this passenger who kept staring at her. A hint of shyness was in her reaction, and inexplicably, a palpitation arose within her.
Facing this young passenger, Shangguan Xiner felt an unexplainable familiarity. There was a faint pull, as if by fate, which puzzled her.
"Beauty, I’ll have a Coke!" Just then, the sleazy-faced man seated next to Ye Luo ogled the beautiful flight attendant and spoke up.
"Alright, sir." Shangguan Xiner quickly responded, picked up the Coke bottle, poured a glass, and handed it to the man across Ye Luo.
The man, with his eyes glaringly fixed on the beauty before him, reached out his hand and touched her smooth palm. Instantly, Shangguan Xiner’s complexion changed, she withdrew her hand sharply, and the Coke splashed all over Ye Luo, especially on his crotch.
"Ah! I’m so sorry!"
Shangguan Xiner cried out in alarm.
"It’s alright." Ye Luo replied with a face void of complaints but said nothing more.
Shangguan Xiner quickly pulled out so tissues to help Ye Luo wipe off, but he was sowhat embarrassed and said, "No need."
"No, sir, let take you to the lavatory to clean up," Shangguan Xiner said, her face flushed with panic.
"Alright then."
Ye Luo nodded. Indeed, he needed to sort himself out; he could feel a chill in his crotch area.
Ye Luo then stood up and headed for the lavatory, with Shangguan Xiner following him. The man seated next to Ye Luo watched with a face full of regret, having missed such a good opportunity.
"Mommy, mommy, look, that brother wet his pants."
Just then, a childlike voice abruptly broke the silence; a little girl around five or six years old pointed at Ye Luo’s crotch and shouted to her mother.
Ye Luo nearly tripped and fell, thinking, Damn, how embarrassing. Shangguan Xiner, who was behind him, could not help but laugh out loud, quickly covering her mouth.
Ye Luo dashed into the airplane lavatory.
"What is with this woman, why does my heart flutter in her presence, and why is the Nine Yang True Qi drawn to her?"
Ye Luo wondered silently. Even though he had scanned the beautiful flight attendant from head to toe with his Clairvoyant Eye, he didn’t notice anything amiss about her.
After leaving the lavatory, Shangguan Xiner rushed to the break room, gasping for air, holding her chest as her heart raced and her face grew hot.
"Xiner, what’s wrong with you? Why is your face so red, are you sick?" inquired another flight attendant who ca up to Shangguan Xiner.
"Oh, I’m fine," Shangguan Xiner responded, a bit flustered as she shook her head, trying hard to calm her nerves.
After quickly cleaning himself up in the lavatory, Ye Luo returned to his seat, where his seatmate wore an expression of resentnt toward him.
The rest of the flight was calm. Ye Luo sat back in his seat, eyes half-closed, and the flight attendant did not reappear.
Four hours later, the plane landed in Zhonghai, and Ye Luo promptly got up and disembarked. Soon after, Shangguan Xiner appeared next to his empty seat. For so reason, she felt an emptiness in her heart as she gazed at the vacated spot.
"Finally back in Zhonghai."
As he walked out of the airport and breathed in the air of Zhonghai, Ye Luo couldn’t help but sigh. The more than twenty days spent in Capital City had been filled with many experiences, and now, he was back in Zhonghai again.
"Hey, Sister Yan, where are you guys? I’m back in Zhonghai," Ye Luo imdiately called Yan Ling.
Learning that Yan Ling and Luo Jingxuan were both at the company, Ye Luo hopped into a car and headed straight for iyue Company.
