"Manager Hao, what has happened to you?"
Just then, a man dressed in a suit ca out from the company, and upon seeing Hao Dafu moaning on the ground, his expression changed as he quickly approached.
"Manager Zheng, you’ve arrived just in ti. Summon so people to teach this bastard a lesson. He actually dared to confront —I must make him regret it," Hao Dafu pointed at Ye Luo, his face filled with rage as he roared.
Manager Zheng’s gaze shifted to Ye Luo, his expression darkened as he said, "Kid, who are you to cause trouble on my turf? Security!"
Instantly, a group of security guards, brandishing rubber clubs, charged forward, asking, "What’s the matter, Manager Zheng?"
"Teach this kid a lesson and throw him out," Manager Zheng ordered coldly, pointing at Ye Luo. As the security guards were about to rush at Ye Luo, a group of people walked in from outside the company. The leader, upon seeing what was happening, his expression darkened, and he ordered, "Stop!"
Everyone’s attention quickly turned to the entrance, and Ye Luo also looked towards the newcors, a smile forming at the corner of his lips.
Manager Zheng, on seeing the group that entered from outside, was shocked and hurried over.
"Chairman, what brings you here?"
"What is going on here?" the authoritative middle-aged man in a suit demanded.
"Chairman, this kid ca out of nowhere and started a fight here, injuring one of our important clients. I was about to have the security give him a good lesson and then throw him out, but I did not expect you to arrive, Chairman. I have mismanaged, please forgive ," Manager Zheng explained, his gaze then shifting to the group of security guards, instructing, "What are you waiting for? Get on with it!"
Slap!
Suddenly, a crisp slap echoed as the authoritative middle-aged man smacked Manager Zheng across the face, leaving him utterly stunned.
"Chairman, you..." Manager Zheng looked at the middle-aged man in confusion, completely unaware of what was happening.
"Zheng Youfa, I am declaring you fired effective imdiately. Pack your things and get out," the middle-aged man ordered coldly.
All at once, everyone inside the company, including Manager Zheng and Hao Dafu, were left with looks of bewildernt on their faces.
Manager Zheng’s face changed instantly as he hurriedly addressed the middle-aged man, "Chairman, I..."
But the middle-aged man had no interest in Manager Zheng’s excuses and instead walked over to Ye Luo.
"Ye Luo, I’m sorry that you were mistreated," the middle-aged man said with an apologetic tone as he approached Ye Luo. This man was none other than Nie Yuntian.
"Uncle Nie, I had no idea this was your company! If anything, it was who caused you trouble," Ye Luo said with a smile.
At that mont, Manager Zheng, witnessing the scene before him, was utterly stunned. He quickly realized that the chairman knew this young man, and their relationship was evidently close. Yet, he had been about to chastise the chairman’s friend right in front of him. Wasn’t this courting death? Instantly, his face paled, taking on the hue of death’s ashes.
"Ye Luo, are you here to buy a house?" Nie Yuntian asked as he looked at Ye Luo.
Ye Luo nodded and replied, "I want to buy a large villa. I had already set my sights on one when that guy ca out of nowhere, wanting to buy it, and moreover, he insulted my friend, so I had to take action. I’m sorry, Uncle Nie."
"It’s all right, this is all due to my lack of proper managent," Nie Yuntian quickly said.
Nie Yuntian turned to Manager Zheng and said coldly, "Didn’t you understand my words? Pack your things and get out imdiately."
Then Nie Yuntian’s gaze shifted to Hao Dafu, "And you, you must be the boss of Hao Corporation, right?"
"Greetings, Chairman Nie! I am Hao Dafu!" Hao Dafu nodded at Nie Yuntian with a look of utmost respect.
"I seem to recall that your company has a partnership with my Nie Corporation. I declare that, effective imdiately, Nie Corporation will cease all collaboration with your company and will forever refuse to work with your company," Nie Yuntian stated.
Upon hearing Nie Yuntian’s declaration, Hao Dafu’s face turned deathly pale in an instant, as he staggered, nearly collapsing to the ground once more. Their partnership with Nie Corporation was crucial for the future of his company. If the collaboration ended, Hao Dafu’s company would be dood.
"Chairman Nie, Chairman Nie, it’s my fault, my mistake. Please give another chance," pleaded Hao Dafu desperately, looking at Nie Yuntian and then turning his suppliant gaze towards Ye Luo.
"Kick him out!" Nie Yuntian commanded coldly, and imdiately, the security guards picked up Hao Dafu and the woman beside him and threw them both out.
"Uncle Nie, thank you," Ye Luo said, his voice filled with gratitude.
Nie Yuntian smiled, "These matters are nothing compared to the favor you’ve done for my family. Coincidentally, my company has just developed a large villa district, and there’s a grand villa that hasn’t been sold yet. I’ll take you to see it, see if you like it or not."
"Okay," Ye Luo nodded, following Nie Yuntian, accompanied by the three ladies, to leave the place.
They arrived at the luxury villa district developed by Nie Corporation, walking toward the array of luxurious villas.
Deep within the villa district, they encountered lush green trees and a nearby river, creating quite a picturesque scene.
Standing there was a luxurious villa combining European and Chinese architectural styles, with a total of five floors, and surrounded by three smaller villas clustering around the grand one.
Enclosed by tall walls and iron railings, inside there were rockeries, fountains, swimming pools, and gardens. To call it just a villa seed an understatent; it was more like a manor.
"This villa is the largest and most luxurious in the entire villa district, consisting of a main villa and three auxiliary villas. It can accommodate over a hundred people, and the main villa includes a gym, a study, a small cinema, a café, and the like. There are roughly forty rooms, all luxuriously furnished. How do you feel about it?" Nie Yuntian showed Ye Luo and the others around the villa as he introduced it.
Indeed, the villa’s decorations were extrely opulent, with glazed crystal chandeliers, New Zealand floor tiles, Italian cashre carpets, European-style leather sofas, and fifty-two-inch oversized LCD TVs—all exuding an air of luxury and high status. The three ladies were astonished.
"This villa is indeed nice," Ye Luo nodded. The house was sufficiently large, and those few auxiliary villas could house his subordinates or anyone else, offering absolute convenience. Plus, being fully furnished, it was ready for imdiate move-in.
