After leaving the villa, Ye Luo went to the Qin Group. It was his first ti visiting the Qin Group.
Upon arriving at the Qin Group, Ye Luo’s Clairvoyant Eye swept the area, and he saw Qin Yuru’s presence, heading straight for the inside.
"Excuse , sir, who are you looking for?"
However, as soon as he walked into the Qin Group preparing to head for the elevator, the receptionist hurriedly stopped him.
"I’m looking for your President Qin," Ye Luo said directly.
The receptionist asked, "Do you have an appointnt, sir? If not, our president does not et with anyone without an appointnt."
"Is that so?" Ye Luo’s lips curved into a wicked smile, and as his gaze focused on the receptionist, her pupils beca chaotic, she grew sowhat dazed, and turned sluggish.
By the ti she ca to her senses, Ye Luo was nowhere in sight.
"Huh, where did he go? Was I dreaming just now?"
The receptionist tilted her head, her face full of confusion and puzzlent.
At this ti, Ye Luo had already reached the floor of Qin Yuru’s office. The elevator opened, and he walked straight to Qin Yuru’s office.
"Sir, may I help you with sothing?"
Upon reaching outside the office, Ye Luo was once again stopped by Qin Yuru’s secretary.
"I was called by your president," Ye Luo said and then walked into the office.
Hearing the door open, Qin Yuru, who was looking at so docunts, lifted her gaze. Seeing Ye Luo walk in, her complexion instantly changed, and she asked, "Why are you here? What’s the matter?"
Ye Luo walked up to Qin Yuru, his eyes sparkling, and said, "I want to know if the child in your belly is really Ji Lingtian’s."
Ye Luo’s words caused a strange flicker in Qin Yuru’s eyes, but she maintained a very calm facade and said, "Of course, haven’t I already said so?"
Ye Luo’s lips curled into a sinister arc. He walked over to Qin Yuru’s side, planted his hands on her office chair, and suddenly leaned his head close to Qin Yuru.

"I told you the child is Ji Lingtian’s. Don’t ask anymore. Just leave now."
"Yu Ru, there’s no need to lie to or to yourself anymore; the child’s surna is Ye, his father is Ye Luo, not so dog-shit Ji Lingtian!"
Ye Luo spoke sternly, his gaze fiercely sweeping toward Qin Yuru, whose delicate body trembled, lips tightly pressed, pupils flickering incessantly.
"If you’re still going to deny it, then I’ll have to take you to the hospital for a check-up," Ye Luo said indifferently.
"Huff..."
After a long mont, Qin Yuru took a deep breath and looked at Ye Luo, "The child is indeed yours, but he has nothing to do with you. He is my child. You have your life, I have mine. What happened between us was an accident, and we should no longer have any contact in the future. I’m not going to ask you to do anything because of this child. Alright, you can leave now."
Ye Luo’s gaze flickered for a mont as he looked at Qin Yuru, "Yuru, before we’ve treated it as an accident, but now that you’re carrying my child, I can’t act as if nothing has happened."

Leaving the Qin Group, Ye Luo’s eyes sparkled with a cunning light, and a faint smile appeared on his lips as he walked away.
anwhile, at the Century Group’s headquarters, in Ji Lingtian’s office.
Ji Lingtian stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window, overlooking the Capital City landscape, his eyes narrowed, deep in thought.
Then a man in a suit walked in briskly, stood before Ji Lingtian, and bowed, "Young Master, I’ve just received news that a man went to see Miss Qin."
"Who?" Ji Lingtian’s lips parted lightly.
"Ye Luo!" the man said respectfully.
"It’s him!" A flash of unusual light crossed Ji Lingtian’s eyes.
"Also, Young Master, based on my investigation and analysis of all the n around Miss Qin, the one with the highest probability is Ye Luo. He has saved Miss Qin several tis, and he even aided her in obtaining control of the Qin Family from her Third Uncle. Most importantly, this man has ambiguous relationships with many won," the man continued.
"Ye Luo," Ji Lingtian coldly spat out the two syllables.
"In that case, just kill him!" Ji Lingtian’s eyes flashed with a cold, fierce light, radiating an aura of decisiveness, like a deity masterminding all fate.
At that mont, the man paused to add, "However, Young Master, this man is powerful. According to investigations, his strength has reached at least the Semi-Saint Realm, perhaps even stronger."
"No matter how strong he is, he’s already a dead man in my eyes," Ji Lingtian stated coldly and succinctly.
At this ti, Ye Luo called Shi Yanran to inquire about her whereabouts. From his experiences with Situ Luoyun and Qin Yuru, he understood that as their man, he had certain obligations to fulfill.
And since Shi Yanran was also his woman, it was only natural that he cared for her attentively and not neglect her.
