At the very center of the prairie lay a small lake. The misty water along the banks created an ethereal scene, and the lake’s surface was calm and immaculate, like a mirror laid upon the grassland, reflecting glimring waves of sunlight.
Amidst the mist rising from the water, Xiao Yifei vaguely saw soone standing by the lakeside.
Without much thought, Xiao Yifei walked forward. The person seed aware of Xiao Yifei’s approach but didn’t hurry to turn around, continuing to admire the shimring waters of the lake.
Xiao Yifei quietly approached, careful not to disturb him, instead joining him in appreciating the peaceful lake.
A gentle breeze stirred ripples on the lake’s surface. Xiao Yifei lifted his head, letting the breeze softly caress his face, feeling utterly refreshed.
