I turned back toward the door, my fingers curling into a fist before I knocked—three sharp, deliberate raps. The response ca instantly, smooth and accented, "Please co in."

I pushed the door open just enough to slip inside, my eyes imdiately locking onto Dr. Anya Volkov. She sat behind her desk, her posture regal, her long, platinum blonde hair cascading over one shoulder like liquid silver.

The two nurses flanked her, their expressions shifting from professional calm to alertness the mont they saw .

One of the nurses stepped forward, her voice firm but polite. "Sorry, sir, but this clinic is strictly for female patients. Male patients are seen next door." Her tone left no room for argunt, her eyes flicking to Anya as if seeking reinforcent.

I kept my gaze fixed on Anya, letting my expression flicker with hesitation. "That... I’m sorry," I stamred, my voice carefully laced with desperation.

"But I can’t find anyone else. I have this... ergency. It’s urgent." My fingers twisted together, my voice cracking just enough to sell the lie. "I don’t know where else to go."

Anya didn’t even glance up at first. She reached for the telephone on her desk, her long, manicured fingers dialing with practiced ease. "Hello, where is Doctor Robert?" she asked, her voice cool and professional, her Russian accent wrapping around each word like velvet.

There was a pause, a beat of silence, and then her perfectly sculpted eyebrows arched slightly. "What do you an he’s not on duty today?" she snapped, her voice sharpening with irritation. "Then who the hell is covering for him?"

She listened for another mont, her lips pressing into a thin line. "Unacceptable," she muttered before slamming the phone back into its cradle. Her glacial blue eyes finally locked onto , her gaze piercing, assessing.

"Sir," she said, her voice smooth but firm, "you heard the nurse. This clinic is for female patients only. You need to leave and co back tomorrow when Doctor Robert is available."

I let my shoulders slump, my voice trembling as I pretended to be on the verge of breaking. "Doctor, please," I begged, my fingers gripping the edge of the door as if I were struggling to stay upright.

"I can’t wait. It’s—it’s unbearable. I don’t know what to do." My gaze dropped to the floor, my breathing deliberately uneven, my entire deanor screaming desperation.

Anya’s eyes narrowed, her irritation flaring like a spark in the dry air. "You think you can just barge in here and demand my ti?" she snapped, her voice sharp as a scalpel, her Russian accent slicing through the tension in the room.

"I have patients who actually follow the rules. I don’t have ti for this." She waved a dismissive hand toward the door, her manicured nails catching the light. "Out. Now."

I hesitated, my voice dropping to a barely audible whisper, my posture slumping as if the weight of the world were pressing down on . "It’s not like that, Doctor," I murmured, my cheeks flushing with what appeared to be embarrassnt.

"I swear to you, it’s an ergency. I don’t know who else to turn to. I’ve heard you’re the best, and I—" My voice cracked, and I shook my head, unable to finish the sentence, my gaze fixed on the floor.

Anya let out a sharp, exasperated sigh, her shoulders slumping slightly as she studied . "Ok..." she said finally, her voice reluctant but tinged with a flicker of curiosity. "Please, co in."

One of the nurses, a stern-looking woman with her hair pulled into a tight bun, stepped forward. "But Doctor—"

Anya raised a hand, cutting her off with a single, authoritative gesture. "It’s okay. It’s an ergency." Her tone brooked no argunt, and the nurse nodded, stepping back with a look of concern still lingering on her face.

I slipped into the room, taking the patient chair beside Anya’s desk. The scent of her perfu—sothing rich and intoxicating, a blend of jasmine and sothing darker, more musky—filled my senses. It was distracting, almost overwhelming, and I had to force myself to focus.

Anya turned to , her glacial blue eyes locking onto mine with an intensity that made my skin prickle. "So, what is your trouble, you... Mr.?" she asked, her voice cool and professional.

"Dexter," I replied, my voice soft, almost shy.

Anya typed my na into her computer, her fingers moving with practiced precision. She turned back to , her expression unreadable. "And your age, Mr. Dexter?"

"I’m 22," I said, my voice steady despite the act I was putting on.

Anya typed again, her eyebrows furrowing slightly as she input the information. Finally, she swiveled her chair to face fully, her legs crossing with deliberate slowness.

"So, what is troubling you, Mr. Dexter?" she asked, her voice professional but laced with a hint of impatience.

I pretended to be deeply embarrassed, my gaze darting between Anya and the nurses before dropping to the floor. My cheeks flushed, and I shifted uncomfortably in my seat.

"That... Doctor..." I stamred, my voice barely above a whisper. "I don’t know what happened to since I ca to this world through that portal." I hesitated, my fingers twisting together in my lap. "I started feeling strange... down there."

Anya’s eyes flickered with surprise, but her expression remained composed. She leaned back slightly in her chair, her gaze sharp and assessing. "Go on," she prompted, her voice calm but curious.

I took a deep breath, my voice trembling with fake embarrassnt. "And now it’s beco unbearable." I couldn’t bring myself to look at her, my gaze fixed on my hands.

Anya cleared her throat, her professional deanor slipping slightly as she tried to hide her surprise. "Can you explain it in detail?" she asked, her voice clinical but tinged with intrigue. "Are you having problems getting an erection? If so, I can prescribe a dicine to help with that."

I shook my head, my voice barely audible. "Doctor, that’s not it." I hesitated again, my cheeks burning. "It’s the opposite. I just... I can’t get rid of my erection. No matter how many tis I—" I trailed off, unable to finish the sentence, my embarrassnt palpable.

Anya’s eyes widened slightly, her surprise evident. "Sir, did you take any dicine? Or eat anything unusual?" she asked, her voice sharp with concern, her fingers tapping lightly on the desk.

I shook my head again, my gaze still fixed on the floor. "No, Doctor. I haven’t taken anything."
