I chuckled, shrugging. "Lucky? Or smart?" I tilted my head, my smile never wavering. "You know you wouldn’t win that fight, Officer gan."

Angela shifted beside , her lips curling in amusent, but she didn’t say anything. Lisa, however, grinned, her eyes gleaming in the firelight. "He’s got a point," she murmured, "you did just watch him break a guy in half."

gan’s face darkened, but she didn’t rise to the bait. Instead, she crossed her arms, her voice firm. "You’re dangerous, Dexter. And I don’t trust you."

I leaned forward, my elbows on my knees, my voice dropping to a dark purr. "Good." My eyes locked onto hers. "Because I don’t need you to trust . I just need you to stay out of my way."

She held my gaze, unflinching, but I saw it—the flicker of sothing in her eyes. Fear? Curiosity? Sothing else?

"Or what?" she challenged, her voice steady, but her fingers twitched near her gun.

I leaned back, my smirk deepening as I watched gan’s face twist in annoyance. "What do you an?" she demanded, her voice sharp, her hands clenching into fists.

I laughed, my voice a dark chuckle. "Officer, are you dumb?" I tilted my head, my eyes glinting with mocking amusent. "Or are you just pretending to be?" I spread my hands, gesturing to the chaos around us. "Do you really think this place has any law?"

gan’s eyes flashed, but she didn’t back down. "No matter what this place is," she snapped, her voice firm, "there might be people looking for us. The governnt won’t give up on us. Soon, they’ll send a rescue team."

I burst out laughing, the sound raw and mocking, echoing through the cold night. "Haa. Haa. Ha." I wiped a fake tear from my eye, shaking my head. "That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever heard." My gaze dropped to her chest for a deliberate second before snapping back to her face.

"You know what they say, Officer gan?" I grinned, my voice dripping with arrogance. "Won with big tits have no brain." I laughed again, "Haa. Ha. Haa."

Angela and Lisa chuckled, their smirks matching mine. gan’s face burned, her jaw clenching so hard I thought her teeth might crack.

"You’re disgusting," she hissed, her voice trembling with rage.

I shrugged, my smile never fading. "And you’re delusional." I leaned forward, my voice dropping to a cold, hard tone. "Where do you think this place is, gan?" I gestured to the sky, to the green rift pulsing like a wound in the fabric of reality.

"Where’s there no signal? Where we all fell through that hole in the sky?" I paused, my eyes locking onto hers. "Where we should be dead, but we’re not?"

gan swallowed hard, her gaze flickering to the rift before snapping back to . "If we all fell from the sky..." she started, her voice unsteady, "then why are we still alive? Don’t you think that’s strange?"

I laughed again, but this ti, there was no humor in it. Just cold, hard truth. "Oh, Officer gan," I murmured, my voice a dark whisper. "I don’t think it’s strange." My smile vanished, replaced by sothing far more dangerous. "I know it is." I leaned in, my voice dropping to a barely audible growl. "And so do you."

She didn’t respond. But her eyes—wide, uncertain—told everything.

She was starting to realize.

I leaned in closer, my voice a dark, mocking whisper. "We are on our own, Officer." My eyes locked onto hers, cold and unyielding. "And don’t play the holy mother here... or you’ll be the first one to die."

gan’s face flushed, her voice sharp with outrage. "Are you threatening a police officer?!"

I chuckled, shaking my head as if she were a naive child. "No, gan." My tone was calm, almost patronizing. "I’m just reminding you." I gestured to the crowd, their faces twisted in fear and desperation. "Because you’re already a target." My smile turned cold. "What do you think these people will do once they run out of patience? Once they run out of food?"

Her eyes flicked to the group, her grip tightening on her gun. I could see the realization dawning on her face.

"They all want security," I murmured, my voice dripping with amusent. "And you now have two guns." I laughed, the sound low and dark. "Heh. Heh. I would love to see what happens next."

gan’s breath hitched, her voice a shocked whisper. "You... You gave your gun to make a target?!"

I burst out laughing, throwing my head back as the truth sank in. "Haa. Haa. Silly beauty." My smirk was razor-sharp as I leaned back, watching her face crumble with horror. "Did you really think I’d let you keep it out of the goodness of my heart?" I shrugged, my tone mocking. "Survival isn’t about kindness, gan. It’s about power." My eyes glead in the firelight. "And you just beca the strongest target here."

Her face paled, her grip on the gun trembling. "You’re a monster."

The firelight danced across gan’s face, her chest rising and falling with deep, controlled breaths—her tits straining against the buttons of her uniform with every inhale. I watched, amused, half-hoping one of those buttons would pop off like a champagne cork. But no such luck. Disappointing.

gan noticed my gaze and crossed her arms over her chest, glaring at . "You lecher," she hissed, her voice sharp with disgust.

I didn’t bother responding. Instead, I waited, enjoying the silence, the tension, the way her mind was racing to catch up with the reality of her situation.

Finally, she spoke, her voice a mix of fear and curiosity. "What did you do?"

I turned to her, my smile dark, dangerous. "I’m a killer," I said, my voice smooth, almost casual. "Or an assassin, if you prefer the fancy word."

gan’s face paled, her lips parting in shock. "You... You—" She stuttered, her mind struggling to process it. "You’re admitting this? Just... just like that?"

I chuckled, shrugging as if it were nothing. "Why not?" I leaned in, my voice a whisper. "It’s not like you can arrest , Officer gan." My eyes flicked to the rift in the sky, then back to her. "Not here. Not ever."

She swallowed hard, her grip tightening on her gun. "You’re insane."

I grinned, spreading my hands in a mocking gesture. "And you’re still clinging to a world that doesn’t exist anymore." My voice dropped, cold and final. "Out here, the only law is mine."

gan didn’t respond. But her eyes—wide, uncertain, finally seeing the truth—said everything.
