The commotion in the circular hall quickly subsided.

In the distance, the Stargate Special Reserve Team was leaving in an orderly manner. Sicape furrowed his brows as he watched for a while, but couldn't discern anything, so he withdrew his gaze. anwhile, the girl beside him was still eagerly asking him about the Invoker.

She chattered on incessantly, as if she couldn't be idle for a mont.

Yet Sicape was not at all impatient, only found it sowhat amusing—people of her generation always enjoyed seeing the successors interested in the path of the Invoker. He turned back, smiling as he asked, "Since you're so interested, why not try it yourself?"

The girl sighed and replied, "I wish I could, but my family won't allow it, and I don't et the standards myself—" She originally had no understanding of this domain, but unexpectedly, an obscure Continental League changed everything.

Sotis, the world is just this wondrous.

And that mysterious boy who appeared only once during the competition and then vanished beca a symbol of longing in the girl's heart, only accompanied by a vague disappointnt, unsure if he would ever reappear.

But that had nothing to do with admiration, it was just the depiction of heroes in people's hearts.

Tang Xin looked at her friend and shook her head, not knowing whether exposing her to this world was a good or bad thing. She herself didn't have much particular affection for Eteliria, just because her family happened to have a lively character—

To put that person in their place, she had to delve into the related domain in detail. Since then, that Pigeon never dared to brag about understanding Super Competitive in front of her again, giving her ears so peace.

Speaking of which, since boarding school, she hadn't seen that goofy fellow again, initially feeling a bit relieved, but over ti, she began to miss it, as if the tis of arguing with the other person were not so boring.

The other person, although a bit slow, was at least more interesting than her self-righteous male classmates. At least in argunts, he wasn't stubborn and, when he couldn't win, would only go off to sulk alone.

She actually missed the look of him sulking a bit.

Thinking of sothing amusing, Tang Xin couldn't help but smile slightly in a daze.

However, Sicape and the girl both looked at her curiously, "Tangtang? Tangtang?" The girl waved a hand in front of her face, "Thinking of which young man now?"

Tang Xin snapped back to reality, her face flushing, but then imdiately her eyebrows arched, "Watch your mouth." She angrily reached out to pinch her friend's cheek, scaring the latter into a scream and fleeing in panic.

Sicape smiled as he watched the two of them play around, and for a mont, it was as if he himself had returned to his girlhood.

Yet in a place none of the three could see, after the Stargate Special Reserve Team left, one person stayed behind.

The captain of the action team was removing his helt, dripping with sweat, and walked out with a serious expression. Outside, Ambassador Liao, who had hurried over after hearing the news, saw his expression and understood, stopping to ask, "Didn't catch anyone?"

The action captain shook his head.

He took off his gloves and tossed them to soone beside him, "When we got the intel, the person was definitely in the circular hall. We heard they were going to hold a eting here—the intelligence was absolutely accurate and reliable."

"But the result was the sa as last ti?" Ambassador Liao asked.

"Yes, we had team mbers see them enter the hall, but after going inside there was nothing, as if they vanished into thin air." The action captain replied gravely, "The last maintenance of the circular hall was three months ago. There is surveillance in every pipe passage below, but there was nothing."

"These Dragonfire Guild higher-ups are almost like ghosts," he sighed, "How did they leave the country and make it to Stargate Port?"

"They left the country from the European Union."

"They are checking the manifest of every shuttle and transport rocket around that ti, but there won't be results any ti soon."

The action captain looked up and cursed, "Could it be the Aricans who mucked things up?"

Ambassador Liao shook his head, "The Aricans are overwheld themselves."

The action captain sighed. It was rely venting words after all, diplomatic issues were not his concern. Besides, now no one was much better off than another. Stargate Port was not solely garrisoned by China; he knew so foreign colleagues as well.

"What are you planning to do now?" Ambassador Liao asked again.

"I want to investigate the other party who was eting them first."

"How about it, have any leads?"

"Not yet, those people seem to have appeared out of nowhere."

"Alright, proceed as quickly as you can," Ambassador Liao responded, "They are already planning to rge the Rain Listener and Dragonfire Guild cases dostically, and the related data will be transmitted from ho. I'll make a copy for you when the ti cos."

The action captain nodded, "Leave it to ."

The two fell silent again, looking at the huge shadow of the Stargate outside the circular corridor, the white frawork of the C Port District plan glinted coldly in the sunlight, casting shadows against the boundless starry sky behind it.

The human path forward always seems unknown.

Ambassador Liao's gaze suddenly stopped at a corner of the hall, seeing Sicape there, with two girls sitting opposite her, the three engaged in conversation, apparently unaware of the gaze in this direction.

He clearly recognized the forr captain of the Morning Dawn Star—hard not to recognize, having seen the other's photo countless tis. Everyone related to that Morning Dawn Star event could be said to live in his heart.
