The two waited for a while before seeing the little Fairy leisurely flying back. She wiped her hands on her apron and bowed to them: "The Tower Guard will be here shortly, let first take you to the hall."

Odin nodded, while Fang Hong was still a bit curious on the side. After all, apart from Miss Tata, it was his first ti seeing such a well-behaved Fairy. However, he suddenly saw the little Fairy winking towards one side and looked back to see three curious little heads poking out from behind the vines, cautiously observing them from behind the leaves.

This finally put Fang Hong at ease. As expected, Fairies are still Fairies, a cute and curious race.

The little Fairy introduced herself as Ye Xing. She curiously inquired about the northern matters to Odin and Fang Hong—about the humans of the Northern Lands, the cold and bleak Holy Bow Mountains, and the human kingdoms of Golande.

Odin answered each question.

With a tone both regretful and charming, the little Fairy replied that she had never seen snow and was eager to see the other side of the Holy Bow Mountains. However, the Tower Guard does not allow her to leave.

She brought up the matter with a bit of anger.

Yet, when ntioning the Tower Guard, she showed great respect by referring to them as 'that lord,' indicating that this person held significant weight in her mind. This piqued Fang Hong's curiosity about the identity of the Tower Guard.

It is not simple to make Fairies obedient.

But after walking for a while, Ye Xing suddenly looked panicked: "Oh no, I've forgotten."

Fang Hong was taken aback: "Forgot what?"

"Where am I supposed to take you?" The little Fairy was about to cry: "Boo hoo, the Tower Guard will definitely not forgive this ti."

"I know, it's the kitchen—"

"The waterwheel!"

"None of them, it's the terrace!"

The three chattering voices ca from behind, precisely the three little Fairies from before.

Fang Hong couldn't help but roll his eyes, but Odin replied: "Take us to the hall, Miss Ye Xing."

"Oh, right, right," Ye Xing's tear-streaked face looked gratefully at the two: "That's great, otherwise I would be in trouble this ti—!"

Odin found these little ones sowhat speechless and shook his head: "Lead the way first, Miss Ye Xing."

Fearing she might forget again, Ye Xing hastily nodded, not daring to delay further, and led the two to their destination. It was located on the second level of the inn, with a vine spiral staircase leading up to a large terrace.

The terrace faced Long Lake directly, offering a scenic view.

There were already quite a few people on it, mostly dressed as adventurers. Dwarfs in heavy armor, elves with longbows, and even a gno holding a magic wand were sitting on the railing, all discussing their upcoming adventures in hushed voices.

Fang Hong also noticed a tall Rotao person carrying a great sword, but he was an Invoker. Seeing him and Odin step up, the people didn't think much of it; after all, the King of Warriors was wearing a cloak and a hood, so no one recognized him.

The Dwarf waved at the little Fairy.

"Good afternoon, Miss Ye Xing."

"Miss Ye Xing, did you get lost?" soone else asked.

"I did not get lost," the little Fairy replied sheepishly, "last ti was just an accident."

"What about the ti before last?"

"Last, last ti." She glared at them angrily.

Everyone burst into laughter.

Odin felt indifferent, but Fang Hong found it quite amusing. He looked at Long Lake in the distance, the shimring lake surface, and the dotted islands, taking a gentle breath.

The air carried the fragrance of trees and flowers. He thought, this might be what adventure is about: different people, different events, each region holding distinct knowledge. Compared to this, most people's lives in modern society seed to have only one monotonous shade.

It seed people had forgotten that their ancestors once took up staffs and embarked on a transcontinental journey.

It was as if human civilization itself turned a new chapter from that era.

And Stargate Port was just the first step—

The High Dinsional World was rely a gateway, and humanity never abandoned the exploration of deep space and the unknown, which is the significance of the Pioneers.

As he was lost in thought, Odin had already entered the hall, which was actually a circular elf tavern. Slanted wooden walls were inlaid with colorful glass windows, and warm sunlight stread through the rose-colored windows.

The sunlight fell on the curved wooden bar, filled with dusty rays, and behind it was an elf bartender with pointed ears. It was clear she was a Forest Elf, a kin of Miss Atira. She was polishing a glass and nodded to the two.

"Welco."

This was probably a greeting from Earth, but it was quite rare to be used in this remote place, so Fang Hong couldn't help but glance at her. He looked around the room; it wasn't quite nightti yet, so there were only a few people scattered around the hall.

The elf asked, "What can I get you two to drink?"

"Moonlight Wine."

"Juice—"

The air suddenly grew a bit silent.

Odin glanced back at Fang Hong, who quickly changed his words: "I'll have Moonlight Wine too."

"Never had alcohol?" Odin asked.

"Yes, I have."

"Doesn't seem like it." Odin turned to the bartender: "Get him a glass of Elf Qinjiu."

Fang Hong was on the verge of tears.

He had heard of the na of elf gin, and for gentle-tasting elves, it was extraordinarily strong liquor. He could only be grateful that his companion wasn't a Dwarf; otherwise, he might have ended the day being dragged out.
