"So?"

If the Western Pacific Division does indeed split off from the East Asia Division, the resources of Eteliria will not increase as a result, only thinning out the portion that originally belonged to them. The European and Arican Divisions may support the establishnt of the Western Pacific Division, but they will never cut even a sliver from their own cake to fulfill others' splendor.
Conversely, they would already thank the heavens if the other side doesn't overextend their reach.
To have the ability to stop all this fundantally boils down to the issue of say within the Alliance. And the issue of having a say, simply put, is having hard strength as the backing.
