But Fang Hong had already sensed sothing from Miss Fairy's deanor—after all, the two of them were naturally in sync.
He then reached under his collar and pulled out the string, on which hung the Ring of Golden Fla, not only dim and lightless but with a noticeable crack on its surface. The Ring of Golden Fla, now scarred, felt completely different—
Previously, although it sotis dimd, it was nothing more than a plain, unadorned ring. It wasn't like now, dark and heavy, resembling a piece of scrap tal.
Fang Hong held the ring in his hand, dazed for a mont—not because he had ruined the ring and didn't know how to explain it to Mazak, but because of a sudden premonition that arose in his heart. He turned his head to look at Tata.
"This ring…?"
"Sothing has happened, Mr. Knight," Miss Fairy answered softly.
But Fang Hong silently sensed it, and his mind world was very quiet, with no trace of the clear knocking sound.
Had it gone silent again?
Yet it felt different this ti; this silence seed far quieter than ever before, with the spirit world utterly still.
This kind of feeling, after absorbing the power of Nikopolas, Toragotos, and the Lizardman Deity, had not been felt for so long. He should have felt peaceful, but at this mont, he felt a vague unease.
Because the 'cocoon' in his mind world could not disappear for no reason.
"You can try to 'take a look,'" Tata suddenly suggested, "Mr. Knight."
"Take a look?" Fang Hong was startled.
In fact, at the mont he signed the contract with Miss Dragon Soul, he had gained the ability to sense his mind and spirit world.
But sensing is just sensing, a vague, indistinct feeling, from which he might gain so information—premonitions, warnings, and so whispers from that world, though not every thought was real. Most were just noise conjured by his imagination.
Because everyone has illusions, which the world of the mind amplifies into reality.
In fact, with Tata's help, Fang Hong had gradually learned how to deal with so of the fluctuations in his spirit world—except for that powerful force originally residing in his spirit world.
The mind world, as referred to by wizards, scholars, and elentalists, is in truth just a conceived world.
And the Dragon Soul resides within this world.
Yet Miss Tata actually suggested he 'look'?
How could the spirit world be seen?
He couldn't help but look at Tata, but Miss Fairy simply nodded at him—just concentrate, Mr. Knight—Fang Hong 'heard' the thoughts of his Miss Fairy. Due to their ntal connection, he trusted Tata implicitly and subconsciously cald his mind.
And in the next mont.
Fang Hong truly 'saw' his own spirit world.
Not only did he see, but he felt he even 'touched' that world.
It was a misty darkness, as if before the chaos of creation, where clouds surged, and even tiny bolts of lightning traversed it—this scene almost frightened Fang Hong into opening his eyes, for he had never heard of such a situation before.
But at that mont, Tata's calm voice ca: "Keep looking, Mr. Knight."
This voice, as always, cald Fang Hong down.
He took a breath, nodded, and after a mont, he was completely stunned. Because behind the black mist, amidst the encircling lightning, at the center of the entire mind world, he saw a tiny object.
The little thing was curled up, like a developing embryo, with a fragile, feminine appearance, but with a pair of golden and black mixed horns on her head. Her smooth back slightly curled with fine protrusions, bearing exquisitely beautiful black scales.
These scales extended downward, forming a long tail, curling through her slender, fair thighs, wrapping all the way up to her horned head. This little girl was like a sleeping cat, holding her tail.
Her eyes were half-open, half-closed, occasionally revealing a glimr of golden firelight.
Her feet were also drawn up, her knees hugged tightly, and her feet, too, were dragon-like, graceful claws, curved elegantly, with toes closed. But it was not chilling; instead, there was a serene cuteness.
Fang Hong was montarily stunned, not because of anything else, but because he recognized this little 'thing'—she looked exactly like the Nikopolas he had seen in the Phantom Realm, only a lot smaller.
Moreover, there was none of Nikopolas's gloom and ferocity on the face, but rather a trace of ignorance and naivety.
"This is..."
He couldn't help but instinctively inquire of Miss Tata. However, the mont Fang Hong saw this little creature, he had already confird that it was a Dragon Soul. After being with Miss Tata for so long, he could vaguely discern the characteristics of a Dragon Soul.
The regular fluctuation of magic power from the other, only a Dragon Soul would possess.
But Tata did not respond imdiately, instead suddenly reminded: "Soone is coming, Mr. Knight."
Fang Hong was taken aback, then heard the sound of a door opening.
He abruptly opened his eyes and saw Anluose's tranquil silver gaze observing him from not far away. Fang Hong felt a wave of speechlessness; although knowing that the other was the owner of the place, shouldn't one knock before entering?
But the Tower Guard didn't seem to care about this, suddenly asking: "Are they coming again?"
"They?" Fang Hong was puzzled.
"I previously sensed the aura of the Dark Giant Dragon," Anluose said quietly.
Cold sweat broke out on Fang Hong's forehead instantly.
He understood that Anluose was definitely referring to the Dragon Worshippers, but earlier in this room, where was there anything related to a Dark Giant Dragon—if there were any connection, it would only be the thing in his Spirit World.
He couldn't help but feel guilty, shaking his head, saying no, he had just woken up.
The owner of Holy Bow Peak gave him a strange look, then nodded without pursuing further, simply saying: "I just happen to need to find you." With that, Anluose extended a hand, in his long, fair palm lay a dark dodecahedral crystal.
In Fang Hong's eyes, the crystal was about thumb-sized, entirely dark yet with a semi-transparent luster. It had an unusual pattern on it, resembling the patterns of an alchemy array, and such a crystal did not exist in nature, causing Fang Hong to be montarily stunned.
He instinctively recalled what Anluose had said to him in that world behind the door:
"Elents make up all things in this world."
"Thus the Nulin Elves realized that mastering elents was the key to shaping all foundations."
"But even the most powerful Arcanists among the Nulin Elves (Nulin Elves call wizards Arcanists, and they are indeed strong enough to deserve the title) cannot replace All Saints in mastering the creation codes."
"But they found another way, through making contracts with All Saints, to gain the ability to create matter."
"This is known as the most legendary alchemy formula in Nulin Alchemy—the Creation Formula, which Nulin Elves also call the Formula of Deities."
"In fact, today's magic guided reactors of major temple priests are one of the masterpieces of this formula."
"But that's just a small part of it."
"And the first part of this formula is the 'Elental Filtration' formula."
"'Elental Filtration' is the first step in Nulin Elves' creation of matter, from elent to substance, the most basic product—Elental Crystal Body."
"But this crystallization of alchemy is very different from ordinary magic crystals, we refer to it as Artificial Crystal."
"So your fifth test is to create an Artificial Crystal unrestricted by attributes."
Fang Hong silently looked at the crystal in Anluose's hand. Clearly, that crystal possessed all the attributes of an Artificial Crystal, yet fire system Artificial Crystals are red, water systems are blue, wind systems are yellow, earth systems are green; he had never heard of a black crystal.
What elent was that?
At this ti, the Tower Guard calmly spoke:
"I found traces of an alchemy array where you were unconscious in Sumr's End Tower; this thing was found at that location."
Upon hearing this, Fang Hong was stunned.
He suddenly rembered sothing.
