Bakins, after washing off the bloodstains and changing clothes, ca to the 'Central Workshop', found Fang Hong and said: "It seems the Elfendo Council's information is sowhat outdated; the Blood Shark Sky Pirates have long arrived in Idus and taken control of the place."
"They've taken control of the place?" Fang Hong put down the map he was studying, looking up in so surprise.
Bakins nodded: "Yes, that's pretty much the situation now."

"They initially entered Idus disguised as 'archaeologists,' with not too many people at the ti—in fact, they've captured many people from around Ankuid, all under the na of 'archaeology' to excavate so things in Idus City."
"So the people sent by the Elfendo Council actually didn't notice this."
