Thus, upon arriving at Idus, he has been seeking a way to transmit information to the outside. And that counterfeit ring was evidently an important piece of evidence from the Dragon Witch incident back then; he probably did everything he could to transfer it to Bunigu's hands.
But it made little difference, had Bunigu not saved his group, at most they'd just be brought here to toil alongside him.
Fortunately, that Gott of fortune seems to truly exist in the shadows.
Fang Hong lowered his voice and asked, "So you've found the correct reading order of Kalatu's Dragon's Scripture Sealing?"
The young man drooped his head, nodded feebly.
Fang Hong wasn't concerned, and asked again, "Casting the Dragon's Spell, it's supposed to be quite a complex task, right?"
"Naturally."
"What would happen if you recited it wrong?"
"How could you recite it wrong?" The young man looked at him in bewildernt, thinking it a rather naïve question. Would he make a mistake reciting such an important Spell at that mont? Even a Magic Guided Conductor apprentice wouldn't make such a basic mistake as getting the spell wrong while reading it.
"What if?"
"This..." The young man was a bit puzzled, but after reflecting, they seed to only be able to hope for the other to make such a basic error. He thought for a mont, hesitantly responding, "Probably... it would fail?"
"What would happen if it fails?"
"The Spell would lock, and then automatically evolve into a new order. It's a characteristic of the Dragon's Scripture."
"Okay," Fang Hong replied, "I understand."
The young man looked at him rather puzzled. In his eyes, Fang Hong was firmly secured to the ground by a dark-colored Light Rope, unable to move even a finger, so what he understood was unclear.
Perhaps by silently cursing in the heart for the other to make a basic error? But that idea seems downright ridiculous too.
Yet, Fang Hong remained silent, only glancing at Miss Atira out of the corner of his eye. He had been planning all this from the start, and at this mont, the only concern in his heart was this Elf Miss.
