The clang of tal reverberated sharply, piercing the eardrums. As sparks flew, Reed's scepter revealed a slight flaw, and a curved blade, slender as snow, seized the opportunity, striking at his chest like a venomous snake baring its fangs.

Yet, as joy flashed across the Sky Pirate Leader's face, he was shocked to see the Big Catfolk neither dodging nor evading, but confronting the blade head-on. The blade pierced the latter's chest armor, slicing through like paper, and rose-colored blood stread forth, conspicuous in the cold night.

Then, a giant claw reached out from the side, grasping the blade firmly. Only then did the Sky Pirate Leader realize sothing was amiss, pulling hard, the blade emitting a grating sound like it was stuck on bone. He looked up, feeling his scalp tingle with fear, only to see the Big Catfolk's face remained utterly unmoved, as if he was holding not a sharp blade, but a roll of scrap tal.

Blood dripped through the gaps between his claws, like a gentle stream.

The Lion Paladin's expression remained as solid as rock, raising the scepter in his right hand, he swung it at the Sky Pirate Leader. The latter let go and retreated, but it was too late, hit by the scepter on the shoulder, he rolled several tis before getting up from the ground.

And as he fell.

The Sky Pirates behind seed to receive so command, simultaneously drawing their swords and stepping forward, blocking Reed's way.

The Big Catfolk pressed on the scepter, his silver ash eyes coldly regarding these people, without a trace of surprise. The Lion Paladin even calmly took out the pipe temporarily lent to him by Bakins from his pocket, striking a spark, a burst of fla in the dark, settling into the pipe.

anwhile, from a distance, a few pairs of eyes hidden in the ruins witnessed this scene, with one of the fat n imdiately shouting: "Good, just as I expected, these guys really don't play by the rules!"

Luo Hao stepped forward, setting his foot on a broken wall, waving his hand grandiosely: "Since they don't follow the rules, then we won't hold back either—"

Turning around, he spoke to Xiangzi and Luo Yu: "Xiangzi, Luo Yu, show them what we've prepared!"

Luo Yu rely nodded.

Behind them, Xiangzi's eyes sparkled with excitent, clearly impatiently awaiting this mont.

The adolescent adjusted his pointy wizard hat, lifting the last large rock fragnt with his magic wand, placing it on the stand—not far from them was a giant barricade. Nurous rocks hung in mid-air, as if blocked by so invisible force.

From their vantage point, already higher than the terrain below, Luo Hao had specifically found a place even higher, stacking these rocks together. The things blocking the rocks' advance were actually just two barriers; the first, a thick ice wall.

Always maintained by Luo Yu's mana.

Following that, a force field wall served as the second insurance.

Having spent nearly half an hour preparing, with Xiangzi continuously transporting, the rocks piled behind the two walls had grown beyond re words of grandeur.

The adolescent even wanted to move another block, to teach those Sky Pirates a lifelong lesson. However, Luo Hao quickly pulled him back—cracks had already spread across the ice wall maintained by Luo Yu, emitting occasional shattering sounds.

Seeing the first line of defense about to collapse, as Xiangzi continued casting spells, the force field wall was re pretense. The fat man wiped sweat from his brow, wondering just how bold this person was, completely oblivious to the noises behind him—

"Is it ready?" Xiangzi asked.

Luo Hao nodded, yet first stepped aside, pushing the stone standing by the road with force.

The tall stone, influenced by gravity, toppled down, rolling down the slope and stopping twenty or thirty ters away from the Big Catfolk and the group of Sky Pirates. Yet in the darkness, with tension high, the distance kept them from hearing any commotion from this side.

The Big Catfolk, however, raised his head to glance in this direction.

Luo Hao then clapped his hands—a test stone had not rolled as far as expected, but it sufficed—he looked up at the 'high wall' behind him, knowing their scales were unmatched.

But first, he reminded: "Hold on, wait until we've retreated to a safe place before you let go."

Seeing realization dawn on the adolescent's face, Luo Hao couldn't help but break out in a cold sweat.

Fortunately, he had foresight, what kind of people are in this team? He dragged Luo Yu to one side, and Xiangzi moved to another, raising his magic wand, about to cast a spell. anwhile, Luo Yu recalled a question, turning back to ask: "Won't our actions bury the Big Catfolk too?"

Luo Hao was taken aback.

The fat man quickly shook his head: "How could that be, the Big Catfolk is so powerful, haven't you seen it?"

Luo Yu skeptically eyed this person.

But regardless of whether it would or not, it was already too late, as Xiangzi glanced below, impatiently withdrew his spell—the levitating rocks' force vanished instantly, causing the top rocks to fall heavily, triggering a chain reaction.

The rocks cascaded layer upon layer, ultimately all force applied to the thick ice wall. With a crack, a long crack appeared on the ice wall, swiftly expanding in all directions, forming a white spiderweb.
