In the vision through his Wind Goggles, only a sheet of sandstorms rushed towards him in the darkness, and Fang Hong almost involuntarily felt himself and the Energy Angel he was clutching being blown off balance.

But his nerves were taut, and when he looked back, he saw the protruding rock he had already marked. Because it was a Blink, the landing point was, of course, much more precise than the previous attempt with the Flying Claw. He imdiately controlled the Energy Angel to swing a sword in that direction, the silver blade striking the rock layer with a Flash, as the fierce wind pushed him and the Energy Angel forward, the blade dragging a long spark through the rock.

Fang Hong then controlled the Energy Angel's two feet to land on the ground, and amidst a bright spark, he finally managed to stop. He clutched the Energy Angel's arm a bit hard, not even having a mont to catch his breath, then spotted a depression in the nearby rock wall and moved step by step towards it.

The Energy Angel stood firm, but that didn't an he himself was out of danger. His stamina was already inferior to a warrior's, and in this environnt, it was declining astonishingly. He didn't know when he might lose his grip from exhaustion and be blown away by a sudden gust of wind. The urgent task at the mont was naturally to find a place to shelter from the wind.

As he approached the depression in the rock wall, he quickly ducked into it, then imdiately retracted the Energy Angel. Once the outside resistance dissipated, Fang Hong instantly felt the wind power go down significantly.

He finally felt that he was temporarily out of danger, leaned against the wall, and took several deep breaths, touching his chest with his hand, feeling his heart pounding. He was no unfeeling Construct devoid of thought, how could he not be afraid? But humans are such creatures; they can overco instincts and move forward.

Whether personally or as a society, this ability allowed them to walk out of the era of ignorance and continue progressing despite many self-destructive actions.

But this was only a temporary escape from danger. The place he stood, to exaggerate a bit, was about the size of a palm. Fang Hong had to try hard to restrain himself from looking down. Even though he wasn't afraid of heights, in such circumstances, he couldn't help but feel dizzy due to the harsh environnt.

He must strive to remain calm enough to cope with the current situation. Fang Hong told himself internally that it was not difficult and he only needed to handle it like the previous risky situations. He cald down and looked up. Above was the base of the tower situated on the rock wall, just about ten ters from this spot.

There was a window on the tower, glowing with a constant stream of orange light, but due to the sandstorm's obstruction, it couldn't be seen from the other side of the wall. Seeing this, Fang Hong couldn't help but feel lucky for being vigilant enough. There were indeed people here. Although he couldn't see inside the window, lights indicated soone's presence, which was evident in such harsh weather.

If they had directly crossed the wall, most likely the people in the tower would have noticed, but by infiltrating from below the wall, the other party might never expect a madman to do such a thing during a sandstorm.

Fang Hong glanced in that direction before retracting his gaze and turning to another direction—the wall behind the tower, which also led to another section. Behind that wall lay the Inner City; once they crossed it, they would be quite close to their target.

Fang Hong looked towards another direction, and since Bain Fortress was built on a Rock Mountain, it rose above ground level, providing an unobstructed Near Vision of the structure itself. In the northern part of the castle, a gigantic shadow lood in the sky—there lay their destination for this journey.

The Arcanists' Airship.

Though he felt a slight excitent from nearing the target, more overwhelming was the caution, for the truly dangerous step was just about to begin. The sandstorm, though dangerous, was nothing compared to human nature. The forthcoming tasks involved ntal battles with the Arcanists, and he had to keep himself sharp.

Once again, Fang Hong summoned the Energy Angel.

Upon arriving in Tansnier, he himself had crafted several Energy Angels. Though not as exquisite as the two provided by the military, they weren't far off, so he now had four Energy Angels in total, plus two more that weren't in perfect condition following repairs but were still usable for backup.

However, he didn't summon the previous one because, amidst the storm, he didn't want to repeatedly use any Flexible Construct with moving structures, primarily to finely protect his Constructs and secondarily due to the high probability of a malfunction.

He held his Energy Angel firmly with one hand and then raised his head, silently focusing on the direction of the wall.

...

About a few minutes later, Wu Xiaopang and the others saw a Silverlight flash before them, as if an invisible Door opened, and a stream of light shot out from the Door, rging into the space before them.

After a distortion in space, Fang Hong and his Energy Angel appeared before them. In this travel back and forth, he had used a different Energy Angel for each teleportation, just using up his four primary Constructs. In the upcoming combat, these sand-clogged Energy Angels weren't likely reliable.

Fortunately, he didn't expect he'd need those Variant Sword-Bearers.

As soon as Fang Hong appeared, he threw a stack of scrolls to the ground. Thanks to Luo Hao's Great Shield blocking the wind, the scrolls only rolled around a few tis and weren't blown away. Luo Hao was slightly startled upon seeing this scene, as he was familiar with the scrolls. Upon taking a closer look—weren't these the Fixed-Point Teleportation Scrolls taken out from the Shield of Lufu?
