Even so, the food supply is unstable, almost everyone living from feast to famine.
Gita quietly looked in that direction. She has always been obedient, and although she knows they may likely die here, her heart remains calm.
Colin heard that they plan to fix the Wind Detector—that thing can be used as a communication amplifier. But with communications cut off, what use is it? It's but a last resort. Rustling sounds ca from behind, as Affia sleepily erged from the lower cabin—the image of Miss Arcanist still sowhat presentable.
Yet also dust-laden.
"Gita, haven't you slept?" She saw Miss Natural Historian and asked, sowhat surprised.
Gita shook her head.
Affia looked from afar at the n below fiddling with their only hope.
She watched for a while, then suddenly asked, "Where is Gita from?"
Gita turned back to look at her. "Earth."
"I know that," Affia asked again, "There are many countries on Earth, right?"
"China."
"China?"
Gita thought for a mont and said, "It's a country about as big as Colin Ishurian."
"That's really impressive, Colin Ishurian is already quite big."
Gita thought indeed.
"Gita, can you tell about your Captain?"
Gita looked at her surprisingly, "Did you know the Captain before?"
Affia felt a bit embarrassed, "I've seen him from your 'video', and your battle at Fanric, Gita... I know you too."
"Video?"
"I own a Nature Dragon Spirit, Lord Ebene gifted your 'account', that's how I could..."
"You're a Sky Knight?" Gita realized.
The supposed 'account' isn't worth much.
Since the Invoker's system derives from the Dragon Knight System, and the Artificial Dragon Soul is essentially an offshoot of the Nature Dragon Spirit, the Sky Knight's 'system' can log into the Invoker's 'Super Ether Network'—understandable.
Affia nodded.
Gita scrutinized the girl—nature's favored one, though seemingly ordinary, was in fact the Knight of the Sky. She was about to speak.
But just then, distant exclamations arose.
Both looked that way, and Gita now heard an unusual rustling from her chest—specifically, from the pendant hanging at her neckline. She widened her eyes, surprised at the pendant, and almost trembling picked it up.
It was a dark, sowhat serene crystal.
Her Communication Crystal.
In that instant, only one thought flashed through her mind:
Communication was restored—

A middle-aged Alchemist hurriedly walked past a cluster of pristine flowers blooming brightly like snow in the courtyard. But Achilles remained focused, quickly passing through, entering the nearby palace.
There, the Grand Princess awaited his reply. Seeing Achilles return, she said nothing, rely took the letter from his hand. However, before she opened it, Achilles spoke: "He went to see Nulman."
The Princess raised her head, glanced at him, silently nodded to indicate her understanding. "This is unsurprising," she answered softly, "I heard what happened at the celebration; my father showed him favor, surely he finds it puzzling. But I find it strange, Nulman's usual ways are not like this... "
"Perhaps it's related to his identity," Achilles replied, "I discovered so news, Mr. Ade appears not just to be an Adventurer."
"What's the matter?"
"He seems to have so connections in Colin Ishurian; I heard he's involved with the Elfendo Council and the Lizardn."
The Princess paused slightly, halting the extraction of the letter. She couldn't help but smile: "It seems the person we've sought is indeed more formidable than imagined. So, Achilles, do you think he's trustworthy?"
"eting Nulman doesn't prove much," Achilles replied, "Mr. Ade should still be reliable."
"But we must prepare for both possibilities."
He nodded gently.
Only then did the Princess open the letter, glimpsing its content.
In an instant, her face turned pale as snow, her body swayed, barely able to stand.
She nearly slamd the letter onto the low table, trembling as she exclaid, "This is impossible!" The next mont, her voice filled with anger: "Who sent this letter, Achilles!?"
Achilles paused slightly.
Then he silently gazed at the Princess.
