Now reading: Chapter 395 - 127: Passing through the Storm2 from Pillar of Yita, a Action novel by Crimson Flame.

In the center of this inner sea lies Fenris Isle.

This moderately sized island is ho to a famous ruler from Colin Ishurian, a Green Dragon said to be wealthy enough to rival nations, who also serves as one of the honorary chairn of the Colin Ishurian Artisans' Association.

The mountain ranges on the island are nad after this Green Dragon, but sailors generally refer to them simply as the Green Dragon Mountain Range. These mountains stretch from east to west and are closer to the northern end of the island; hence, the northern terrain of Fenris Isle is steep with fjords scattered throughout, while the south is flatter with forests and riverbanks nurturing life.

At the eastern end of the Green Dragon Mountain Range lies a mooring site known as Golden Bay, where Princess Briana had already ntioned the ship might dock.

Golden Bay and Cloud Harbor, the administrative capital of Fenris Isle, are situated on opposite sides of the island and are the only two towns inhabited by humans.

The towering Green Dragon Mountain Range shields the path of storms traveling southward. It is possible that the south side of the range was not hit by the storm, and since Cloud Harbor has a direct ferry service to the kingdom's capital, travelling by land to Cloud Harbor beca another option for them.

The Berio sailed through the storm, experiencing several harrowing situations.

About half an hour later, the cargo ship shakily erged from the raincloud zone, leaving the storm behind it. However, the thick clouds were still beside the ship, with lightning flashing intermittently within, rely grazing past the storm for the mont. Without any surprises, it would soon completely envelop the region.

But regardless, the sea of clouds around them had cald slightly, with only a drizzle falling from the sky above.

The old sailor then donned a raincoat and a hat, turned back, and squinted at him, saying, "How about it, young man, my ship is pretty decent, isn't it?"

Fang Hong was montarily stunned: "Your ship?"

The old sailor laughed heartily: "I forgot to introduce myself. I am indeed this ship's captain."

Fang Hong was greatly surprised, finally realizing that this unflappable old sailor was actually the true captain of the Berio.

He watched the old man walk up to the deck, issuing commands to the sailors. As the ship slowly moved forward, the parting of the clouds ahead revealed a row of gloomy shadows on the horizon.

That was the northern boundary of the Green Dragon Mountain Range.

Only then did Fang Hong go below the deck. His experience in the storm had been eye-opening, not to ntion the chance encounter with the captain of the Berio, which felt like sothing out of an adventure tale.

However, the others clearly didn't think so.

When the storm hit, everyone either stayed in their rooms or congregated in the officers' ss. Fang Hong stopped in front of the ss, pushed the door open, and saw Tianlan sitting in her spot, pale-faced and drenched like a frightened, soggy quail.

He couldn't help but chuckle.

After all, the young lady had brought it upon herself by insisting on dragging him to the deck to 'welco' the storm. He ended up fine, but the young lady from France had scared herself half to death.

And then she wouldn't dare go up to the deck or even near the porthole anymore.

Gita was still engrossed in reading and recording knowledge about the customs and culture of this world. Her petite fra was curled up on the couch, surrounded by stacks of books taller than herself. So had fallen to the floor due to the earlier turbulence, but she seed oblivious, focusing intently on her books, her large glasses catching the light and her beautiful black eyes blinking occasionally behind them, unaware of Fang Hong entering the room.

Atira was still recovering from her injuries and not in the ss, Parker was nowhere to be found, Hilveld and her maid had gone to the chart room to help, and she was the only one aboard capable of being of assistance.

Fang Hong looked around and noticed Princess Briana was not in the ss either, feeling slightly disappointed. He rather liked the straightforward and down-to-earth Elf Princess, especially since she would always share many of her past experiences that he had never heard about.

Many of these were adventures with natives, as well as stories with Sir Roban and other heroes from the Battle of Bain, most of which were new to him.

Next to the ss, in the training room, Reed was sparring with Luo Yu.

The sounds of their intense fighting even reached outside.

Fang Hong glanced in that direction, just in ti to see the Lion Person leap forward, his scepter slashing down, his mane, like fire, dancing in mid-air. The crowned head of the scepter collided with a Light Shield, the diamond network flickered, and the shield was pushed back.

Seeing this from not far away, Luo Yu's heart tightened, and he quickly commanded the Clockwork Fairy to reset its position, but he didn't anticipate that the other would blink around his Light Shield and place his scepter to his neck.

Reed squinted and retracted his scepter with a smirk, "Lost again," Luo Yu shook his head.

The Lion Person laughed, "I cheated. I used all my strength in that last move; it's normal that you couldn't react in ti," he said.

Luo Yu looked up at him.

Reed nodded affirmatively, glancing at Fang Hong who had walked in: "The gear Ade provided is too incredible; I've never heard of a trainee being able to perform to this extent. Of course, Luo Yu, you're also very impressive, getting so familiar with it in such a short ti. If I were to suppress my strength to around level 10, it would be quite difficult to win. It seems that even against a tier-2 professional around level 15, you should be able to hold your own for a while."
