So in fact, the process for Invokers to acquire skills was essentially the Artisan's Office providing an original copy, and then the recipient copied it through the Summoners System. The entire process of copying a skill was nothing more than the ti it takes to scan a book page by page, taking as little as one to two minutes, or up to about a quarter of an hour.
