After the biting wind and snow, twelve Divine Chosen Knights of the Eternal Light Knight Order were the first to break through the air current. Their Mithril heavy armor flowed with liquid Holy Light, and intense bloodline Light Fla emitted from their spine area illuminated the entire gate, like unending bright light shining into the drawing room from outside.
The hard ground suddenly cracked into Holy Mark-like ravines. Duke Archibald’s griffin stepped in slowly along the ripples of Light Fla. This blessed, powerful griffin left fissure-like light marks on the ground with each step. The pupils behind the duke’s silver mask were like two miniature suns, and rely sweeping his gaze over caused the snowflakes in the air to vaporize.
"The Eternal Light does not shine upon the land of sin." His voice carried a weight of an oracle, and the "Dawn Star" longsword hanging at his waist floated in the air on its own. The Holy Relic embedded in the sword hilt was steaming with burning Spiritual Energy, and the Bauhinia family’s banner fluttered in the aura, "Yet the grace of light allows ants to choose their manner of death—"
Dorglin, hot-tempered, glared at these uninvited guests who barged in, and all his pent-up anger exploded as he picked up his war axe. With a foot on the armrest of the chair, he roared, "Co on! My war axe has been eager for a fight; whoever wants to try, I’ll let him experience just how fierce the flas of the forge can be!"
Archibald snorted coldly, and a huge shockwave instantly struck Dorglin, sending this sturdy dwarf flying with his armor, crashing through the chair, and heavily smashing into the wall.
Su Li looked coldly at Archibald as he entered the room surrounded by nurous knights. Gripping the hilt of his sword tightly, he said, "I wanted to treat you with courtesy first, but it seems unnecessary now!"
As his stern voice fell, over a hundred high-level Directly Affiliated Attendants instantly drew their swords from their sheaths. Hundreds of knights shining with golden light surrounded the drawing room, and the cold light of a hundred sharp swords illuminated the snow and wind!
"Courtesy first?" Archibald sneered disdainfully and said, "A re Border Developnt Territory like yours is fit to talk of courtesy with ?"
He held a golden scale, and the needle quivered intensely for a mont before swiftly and directly pointing at Philis seated beside Su Li.
"If it weren’t for this woman having the blood of Libowitz, you wouldn’t even deserve to et ! Even your father is unworthy of licking my instep!"
He then turned his icy gaze towards Philis, "Female Prince Philmanuel has fallen in battle; the Sulande Province needs a new heir. You must co back with ! I will support you in becoming the next Female Prince of Sulande, as long as you obediently comply, I assure you of glory and wealth."
Archibald didn’t even bother to sit on the seat prepared for him in Hesse Territory. This wasn’t a negotiation but a notification.
With his strength and status, he cared little for what others thought. Just like how a giant dragon doesn’t care about the thoughts of ants.
After speaking, he was ready to take Philis away, never considering that anyone might dare refuse his order.
Two Divine Chosen Level knights imdiately stepped forward to take Philis away, one on the left, the other on the right.
But just as their arms were about to grasp Philis’s shoulders, a brilliant and scorching red sword light suddenly slashed at the arm armor!
An overwhelmingly powerful aura erupted, and even the Divine Chosen Knights couldn’t completely disregard this fiery sword edge.
Both Eternal Light Knights withdrew their arms in astonishnt, and turned to look at the wielder of the sword.
The one who swung the sword was none other than Su Li himself. One hand resting on Philis’s shoulder, the other holding the longsword in reverse, he sternly looked at the Legendary Knight across the long table, coldly questioning, "This is my territory, and Philis is my woman. Have you obtained my permission to take her away?!"
Hearing Su Li’s firm and resolute tone, Philis excitedly raised her head, gazing up at Su Li’s face, her expression full of a joyful smile. Her hands couldn’t help but cradle and tightly grip the hand Su Li rested on her shoulder.
"That’s right! I don’t want any position as an Elector. All I want is to live in the Hesse Territory, spending every day with the Lord."
"Ha! Foolish, do you think your opinion matters?" Archibald sneered, his arms crossed over his chest, his head held high as he disdainfully glanced at Su Li, like a sovereign looking down on humble ants. "Dare to draw your sword in front of ? Then be prepared to bear the consequences! Take this woman!"
At his command, two Divine Chosen Level knights in silver battle armor stepped forward again, this ti their actions were much more aggressive, the strength in their arms stirring even intense sounds of cutting air.
Su Li imdiately swung his sword at the two hands daring to cross the line, but the next mont, the sound of tal clashing resounded suddenly. Before Su Li could see clearly, his longsword was deflected by a silver longsword. An Eternal Light Chosen Knight instantly knocked Su Li’s longsword away, then the icy sword edge pressed directly on Su Li’s shoulder, forcing him down into the chair. Even a half-centiter further could cut open Su Li’s throat.
Yet at that mont, the Divine Chosen Level knight suddenly flew back like a cannonball. A forceful kick hit his right flank, and he couldn’t react before curling like a shrimp and being launched into the wall over ten ters away. The wall dented and quickly spread with nurous cracks, causing the entire room to sway and shake.
