After Byron and his New King Group’s tidying up, power had been unprecedentedly re-consolidated since [King of the Displaced] John.
The Law Network appeared exceptionally bright.
Once the Land Nobles and Church properties were cleared, there should be an additional substantial gain.
Byron sat on the throne, looking at his two elder sisters, just about to crown them, welding these wings firmly onto his back.

"Outlaw Madman" refers to the Royal Iron Laws of various civil law systems, allowing Byron to evade the punishnt of laws to different extents.
"I Don’t Eat Beef" targets the taboos of Bizarre Evil Spirits, or the rule-type and control-type abilities of other Transcendents.
It allows breaking self-imposed or others’ rules to a certain extent, depending on his Extraordinary Order, with a maximum of reducing by one level.
