"Is sothing up?" Xia Weibao asked.
Lu Hualiang pinched her cheek. Her skin was really nice and felt great to pinch.
"To make up for our wedding anniversary."
The first wedding anniversary definitely needed to be made up for.
Xia Weibao raised an eyebrow; she wanted to make up for it too. They couldn’t leave any regrets.
And it had been so long since their last date, so tomorrow they’d go on a date.
The next day, Lu Hualiang returned to the company and imdiately called over Yang Li.
Arrange a romantic date!
"Master, how about using the setup from last ti?"
Lu Hualiang kept a straight face, "Not romantic enough."
Yang Li, "..."
He really wanted to say, Master, you’re not even close to being romantic.

Why did he feel that apart from the last one, all the others were foolish?
The second to last wasn’t too bad either.
Yang Li earnestly said, "Yes, Master, these are the top romantic date ideas of the year."
Lu Hualiang felt a bit of disdain; these activities weren’t his style.

Xia Weibao was busy until four in the afternoon, and Lu Hualiang was already waiting in the underground parking lot.
Taking the elevator straight down to the parking lot, she saw Lu Hualiang sitting inside the car.
Xia Weibao frowned; he used to get out and open the door for her when he saw her coming.
Why didn’t he move this ti?
But she didn’t sweat the small stuff and opened the door to get in by herself.
Just as she was about to buckle her seatbelt, Lu Hualiang said, "My jacket is in the trunk, can you get it for ?"
Her Majesty the Empress paused her action of buckling the seatbelt, frowned, "The jacket’s in the trunk?"
Seems fishy.
Why would a jacket randomly end up in the trunk?
And couldn’t he go get it himself? Just sitting there doing nothing.
Though she found it a bit odd, Xia Weibao still got out of the car to retrieve it.
When she opened the trunk, her eyes were t with a sea of red.
The trunk was stuffed full with bright red roses, and it looked really... tacky.
Xia Weibao’s eye twitched fiercely, suddenly at a loss for words.
Red roses, so cliché.
The first ti receiving them was a surprise, but the second ti...
Plus, there were so many of them, packed tightly together, not at all pleasant to look at; it was almost triggering her fear of dense clusters.
Just then, the man’s body pressed against hers from behind, gently wrapping her in an embrace.
He lowered his head and planted a kiss behind her ear.
"Do you like it?"
His deep voice, like a bass, whispered seductively.
Her Majesty the Empress felt as if she could drown in that magnetic voice.
Yet, she really couldn’t bring herself to like those unbearably tacky red roses.
And the act was way too deliberate.
She turned her head to et Lu Hualiang’s expectant eyes.
As if they were saying, Isn’t this surprising? Are you touched? Do you like it?
Not having the heart to say sothing hurtful, Xia Weibao forced a smile, "I like it."
